    I had no clue that he could dunk until he did it in that game. If I'm not mistaken, I believe that was also the game Jaylen yammed on Bamba.

      Left handed dunk as well

    • @mikeposner8563
      @mikeposner8563 2 года назад +6

      If you're above 6ft, can palm the ball, are less than like 20 pounds overweight, and are somewhat athletic/conditioned to jumping off of hardwood, then you can dunk. That sounds like a lot of conditions but it's really not, especially not for an NBA player. That's why no modern NBA player over 6ft has been known to be a dunk virgin. It's pretty much impossible to be in the NBA and be at least 6ft tall and not be athletic enough to dunk. That's why it's never happened since the league got to a certain level of talent.
      Now when you consider PP fits that basic initial formula, plus a lot more, it's pretty easy to guess that he'd be able to dunk.
      Also the ability to palm the ball literally requires 4-5 less inches of vertical to dunk, not like PP needs it but it's just an interesting note.

    • @SpringBeachGang

      @@mikeposner8563 I fit those criteria but am on the border, like 6’ in shoes. Never been able to dunk but really haven’t put much effort into it

      If you find the picture under the basket the dude behind Pritchard had his hands up because he wanted a lob off the backboard but Pritchard dunked it himself 😂

    • @zoomzoom3839
      @zoomzoom3839 2 года назад +1

      The thing is a lot of people that can’t dunk have the hops to dunk, but not everyone has the ability to palm a basketball, Payton Pritchard is a rim skimmer who can barely reach over the rim, but since he has enough hand strength to palm the ball, he doesn’t need the extra 4-5 inches to rip it down he can just go straight up with one hand and stuff it, if it weren’t for his ability to palm a basketball he wouldn’t be able to dunk.

    • @zoomzoom3839
      @zoomzoom3839 2 года назад

      @@Doobie_AdamsSSB he can finish at the rim, but even though he looks pretty good at doing it, it’s still not easy for him, finishing at the basket isn’t easy for a 6’0 190lb guard like Pritchard, especially when your not super athletic like Ja Morant or Donovan Mitchell, the reason why Pritchard is in the league is because he can shoot the lights out, if his shooting was 15% worse he wouldn’t be in the NBA.

    My White Brother can Play. I'm calli g for ALL WHITE People to start rooting for our fellow Whites who play Bball, Blacks do it in every other sport. Blacks root for Bubba Wallace in Nascar, not because they know about him but simply because he is Black and a Majority White sport so since Bball is Majority Black we Whites should start showing support to our fellow White players, I know I know it's racist when we do this but it's okay when Blacks do it and I'm trying to show Black Community how dumb it is by acting how they act..tiger woods gold, Serena Williams tennis, they always root for a Black just because they share same skin tone so I want my fellow Whites to start acting this way so Maybe,just Maybe they will see how dumb it is to root for someone just cuz they share same skin tone..Black Community needs to stop seeing color first in everything. I don't view myself as a White man I view myself as an American and I am a human being and yes I'm White but that doesn't define who I am, Black people though they see themselves as Black first and foremost and that attitude has gotta change. No other group does this,not Asians, Not Hispanics, heck not Even African's it is mostly Black Americans..so view yourself as an American first because Black Man fought for USA before we even a country, the Boston Massacre that started off the revolutionary war a Black Man was the first victim from the British and we came and avenged his death! So yes be proud of who you are but stop making being Black define you and if anyone says USA is racist don't even bother responding because this the BEST PLACE ON EARTH for a Black person to be and don't believe me go look at how USA has more Black Millionaires then any other country. We are a the most diverse country In the world by far and it's time y'all stop the victim cycle and step up and be proud to be an American cuz I know there be alot of Africans who would LOVE to live in USA
    Heck Nigerians are one of the most successful Groups in America and they are Black last I checked but they don't go around saying Black This,Black that..
