Awesome video !! Very entertaining! Completely worth my time. Im tryin to save up and buy one a brushless drift king 2.4ghz 350z body type theyre fun!!!
@951scottyboy It's the configuration of the electric motor. Brushless vs brushed. In brushed there are carbon pads that contact the rotor to deliver and commutate the electricity. In a brushless motor, the fields are digitally commutated by the speed controller. It's probably better just to youtube it.
thats all up to you, you can start off and have a car and go raceing for about $500.00. take in mind the faster you go the more money it cost you, better motor, battery, gear cost more. i got over $2000.00 in cars and gear. these look like pro mod class so just think of $500.00 on wheels raceing aound.
Measure the temperature of the motor and ESC first, please. It will be able to get more power at making large pinion in case of 80C or less. Also the way which makes battery the other to high voltage is.
Wow, with lipo and BL driving there, could be "5 stars" quality to play RC car. But are they weighed already of still light? On that , maybe with lower MAH or with higher V batteries to drive with more punch could be awesome. But as i know in JMRCA is not yet allowed to using lipo.
I use O'donnell TGX1. The power does not come out if battery is cold. We must be used immediately after it charges in case of NiMH battery. (Charge current = 4-5A) NiMH battery temperature = 40-55C Lipo battery temperature = 25-35C good luck!!
Awsome and fast. Is it true you get less torque steer with brushless? Also can the stock TC4 (no metal) handle a 17.5T Stock Spec brushless motor? Thank you and great old video.
@HeliDragon510 brushless have more torque and less rpm than brushed motors but you just gear up to compensate, the only difference with handling is brushless keep more speed off power. Anything can cope with a 17.5 though :D
@ndenn002 I buy 2 liters of fuel for 15 pounds. How much does one LiPo pack cost? Also I don't have to wait an hour for charging a pack and don't have to waste money on separate chargers/car batteries. Just refill and go. Also tinkering with the car and engine is half of modeling fun.
ok so straight after they have charged i should use them then? they are NiMh so thats like hot enough to burn you will this make it faster then and i still need help with the tunning of it all.
how long can u drive with that 5000mAh 2S 20C Lipo battery ? i just bougt one and charge it..drive..and now it will not charge more whan 3000mah..but its 5000mah battery..i dont understand nothing..please help
little more help with that please im not a exopert on this topic so tell how to measure it plz and what does the other stuff mean? i just want loads of speed
You don't race. It's shame, maybe it's because the same reason as in my place, lipos are allowed. With lipo allowance, could influence more people from drifting to join competition. Since the releasing of these "Made in PRC" cells in the market, RC makes me a troublesome, some batteries are dead already before using. I like so much the batteries from Japan, honestly. Thanks for reply
@sterby1 Some of us actually race. I race 6 minute quallies and 8 minute mains. I can get 45 minutes of bashing out of a 5200 mah pack in my buggy. Thats plenty of time.
can someone help me with my speed passion gt esc. i have a team orion 4t vortex motor on it but i don't get wat any of the stuff on it means please help i really want the top speed this is what tunning options it has on it and someone could you please explain what they are. drag brake force? DRRS? brake force? reverse force? neutral range? AMTS timming? overheat protection,? they are the ones i do not understand some one please help i want mo9re speed. and the motor is a orion 4t?
@sterby1 You really have no understanding of electric RC. An hour to charge? Usually 16 minutes after a 6 minute race. And I pay $23 for my Lipo packs and I'm using the same charger I bought two years ago for $100. I race every weekend and some weekdays. I'd have spent 1000s of dollars on nitro fuel by now. As well, my 3.5T brushless buggy will kill any of your nitro vehicles in a speed test.
awsome race man right on him the whole time, couldnt look away and great pass too, near perfect....
What a great looking track, drivers were pretty handy to.
fantastic driving on an awesome track!!!
great vid man
Wow nice driving and acceleration! Those things are quick!
What a great track. Nice driving too.
Nice track, great drivig skills, bravo!!
Wow it is great! 2:40 he is getting nervous :D
Awsome Vid! Those cars are really fast and the driving is great!
Not too bad of driving ! Keep it up!
Man, that was some good driving!
@951scottyboy without brushes. Brushless is just a type of motor that makes the car go like 4 x as fast as brushed.
that was an awesome run.
Awesome video !! Very entertaining! Completely worth my time. Im tryin to save up and buy one a brushless drift king 2.4ghz 350z body type theyre fun!!!
brilliant driving..
thanks for the vid..
great vid and great race. thanks for the video
unbelievable race
thanks for share ;)
you drive like a pro man
Great driving man! 5*

the cool thing about electric is that they are less maintenence so you dont have to worry about it that much
nice driving!
Fun battle!
nice vid.
well done
very nice video
good battle guys i enjoyed that
the two of you must be pro driver ...
cool nice driving skills ;D
wow you are a good driver
Good Driving...
good race

nice car ! good speed ! good video :P

man dis incredible super control super fast super just superb... but can u tell m plz how fast ur car is?
Wow, with lipo and BL driving there, could be "5 stars" quality to play RC car.

But as i know in JMRCA is not yet allowed to using lipo.
(i pit it in my car that is made for brushed motors) it came with speed controller.. it was 199 for speed controller and motor
oh, the Rustler, its a stadium truck from traxxas
I use O'donnell TGX1.

nice!
Two cars are the almost same equipment.
(Genius95, Orion or Peak 3.5T, TC4, 5000mAh Lipo)
@timbulb: I don't think so Tim, batteries are for flashlights you know....
@HeliDragon510 brushless have more torque and less rpm than brushed motors but you just gear up to compensate, the only difference with handling is brushless keep more speed off power. Anything can cope with a 17.5 though :D
Good comment cheers.
about 800$
700$for hte brushlessmotor+fan for it
100$ for lipo pack (good one)
Thank you ^^
where is this at? Can you please give info on where and when do you guys race. Ill be heading to Japan soon and would be happy to watch or eve race.

Thakyou.
I think it is unnecessary.
However, it was felt once that power was a little.
Lipo is easy.
@Slushy687 and you don't have to run it more than 5 mins. Thx, I'll be over here driving my nitro truggys as long as I want
hell they're fast most take some controlling
good
I use current limitter.(120A)
I don't participate in JMRCA and other race.
The high voltage will be attempted in close future.
thank you.
ok so straight after they have charged i should use them then? they are NiMh so thats like hot enough to burn you
will this make it faster then and i still need help with the tunning of it all.
@toxicmeteor101 ok um what does i out it mean ? and you need a whole new motor and esc for a brushless system
idk im thinking of buy a rc plane but i think an rc car would be more fun but i think plane is more fun and car is just easier
What autonomy do you get whit lipo of 5000 and 3.5 Motor?
how long can u drive with that 5000mAh 2S 20C Lipo battery ? i just bougt one and charge it..drive..and now it will not charge more whan 3000mah..but its 5000mah battery..i dont understand nothing..please help

How long does 2 liter last you?

Electric cars kill nitro (1/10th). That said, this is impressive.
20c 5000 mAh battery good?im buying
@sterby1 Some of us actually race. I race 6 minute quallies and 8 minute mains. I can get 45 minutes of bashing out of a 5200 mah pack in my buggy. Thats plenty of time.
i bet these guys are the shit at marrio cart on wii
skill driving
i thought nitro is the fastest but i see electric is also fast...
can someone help me with my speed passion gt esc. i have a team orion 4t vortex motor on it but i don't get wat any of the stuff on it means please help i really want the top speed
this is what tunning options it has on it and someone could you please explain what they are.
drag brake force?
DRRS?
brake force?
reverse force?
neutral range?
AMTS timming?
overheat protection,?
they are the ones i do not understand some one please help i want mo9re speed. and the motor is a orion 4t?
What "russler" ???
I using 16v3300uf x 3.
Sorry, this was a reply to titikristi
