I absolutely agree about the myth about grease. I had long hair back in the days when all my mother used was grease. I think it's all hype with these oils.

I usually wash my girls hair first then put the mask. After I wash out the mask I just style the hair. It retains lots of moisture to me.

Yes girl, consistency is key! Take a pic of day 1 then another in 30 days. Stick to a regimen & listen to her hair it will tell you what it needs and doesn’t. Keep me posted please

Skip the mayonnaise and just add egg whites. The extra chemicals in mayo defeats the purpose in my opinion.

It’s not really a big deal. I don’t think Cardi ever technically said she invented it. The most important thing is that people were introduced to it and are having great results.

I will probably use everything else but that honey. If it has sugar in it you might as well put a couple of tablespoons sugar. In your hair if it's not raw honey it's not the real thing. Everything else yes I have used it. 🙆🏽♀️
