As a 2nd generation 10 year old black belt hidden valley taekwondo student, I can say that this is amazing to do, and if you can do it, don’t take it for granted, this takes hard work to do.
I have done taekwando when I was 6, retired when I was 7 I think so and then went back a few months later at the age of 9-10 I got a gold medal in sparring and (the other thing which I forgot sadly) (skills competition something like that) Also before I got into the tournament a belt test before the tournament, all I can say is I got a black belt and pretty much it actually / and also (probably) depends on your dojang though.
Actually there is something to improve still: always put your Arms and hands in fighting Position and dont let them fly around randomly. Also, always keep your eyes at the point where your target is, so you dont miss any movements or position changes.
I kinda disagree with the hands in fighting position. If this is WTF then blocking is not a thing and dodging is used instead, although I agree with the eyes on the target. Not only did he seemed like he was zoning out the whole time, but he even literally closed his eyes when the foot would make an impact, which makes no sense at all. Not only does it look extremely weird, but as someone who attends Taekwondo classes, the instructor would definitely not like that. Even worse if this is ITF, the instructor would probably make him do it like 50 more times flawlessly for not concentrating

@@shivp0814 a 360 kick isn't easy to block bro. You can either stay out of range OR get in and jam the kick. Blocking it will only do no good since it has a lot of momentum due to the rotation
