We loved Biblioplan! No, I just thought I might comment on how we use it in a large family. I often read aloud the lesson and then we fill in the blanks on the cool history books as a review. Hi school students listen in on me reading, but then fill in their blanks, which are different, on their own using their text, which is called the companion, on their own. We do the maps together as a family. So in case you are ordering for a huge family, it is helpful to stick with one set of questions and one set of maps. In my opinion. For example, I might choose cool history for middles for all of my elementary students, and cool history advance for my high school students. I chose to use the maps for advanced for everyone. Remember the days is also available on MP3 download, and that is nice to listen to in the car if we are running short on time or have appointments or other car time during the week. I regret not using our timeline this year, but I’m hoping to get out the timeline and review all of the things that we learned about during the school year over the summer by doing our timeline then!
Great review! Looks like it has been updated from when I first looked into it. I am currently using SOTW and its ok but you make a great point it is not in-depth enough for higher grades. Church history included is such a plus
So after seeing your first video I’ve decided to go with this!! Thank you, it’s what I like about mfw and sonlight but not what I don’t. I’m interested to know what you’ll be using for science
Are you leaving Story of the world? Sometimes I get confused when homeschooling moms change curriculums. Can I ask why you have? And is Story of the World Christian. I know also you have done MFW.
No, I'm not leaving Story of the World. It's one of the spines that correlates with this curriculum. Story of the World is also used in My Father's World. I have been using Story of the world for several years but I don't use it as a stand-alone curriculum.
Also, it is not Christian but it also isn't secular. That's one of the reasons I like it. It has brought about some amazing discussions in regards to our faith and cultivating a Christian Worldview in our children.
This looks so good! I am surprised that this is the first time I am seeing this curriculum.
The best review!
Thank you! ❤

Now that you have had a chance to use the curriculum, I would love to see how you feel it compares to My Father's World.
Love the information in this video for Biblioplan! Do you think you could is this as a spine to My Father's World Rome to the Reformation?
I love the detailed weekly plans.
Love how cohesive everything is and age appropriate. It does all the work for you!
Yes! It lays things out beautifully when teaching multiple grade levels.
The timeline part looks so nice. The color photos are brilliant!
Looks like a great curriculum!
Been waiting for this video! 😊 thanks
We just finished Medieval times and we loved it!
