I work in Tesco and if you want the best bargains on these it’s best to go in the evening when reductions are done, you can always freeze the microwave meals😂 I tried the curry bowl one today and that was so nice, was reduced down to 88p!! xxxx

Morrisons and health food shops stock FRY'S VEGETARIAN, they do a lot of sausages, burgers, sausage rolls, chicken pieces and mince, and many of their products are vegan. Definitely some of the tastiest mock meat I have found and they really try to be environmentally friendly. :)

Issi Cocklin go on veggiestuff.com they do a great cheddar and a great Parmesan and also good cheese for pizza. If not then the in Tesco I really like the jalapeño flavoured cheese by Tesco own brand. There's a lot of bad tasting ones out there but these ones are good! ☺️
I live near you guys and raided big tesco on Tuesday! I don’t have a microwave so heated up the Nana’s Bolognese in the oven and it was lush. Just put it in an oven proof dish. It’s a shame they can’t be frozen xx

I’d love to start eating more plant based but it would be so difficult living with my boyfriend who is a big meat eater! Any meal tips? Could you possibly do a cheap vegan meal recipe series?
Here’s a tip. If it’s a nice day and you’re just walking on the treadmill. Go for a walk outside? Them it won’t be so boring and it’s better for the environment
