@Lassi-em9xw. Just rinse it. Goji berry tends to absorb a lot of water if soak. Once it absorb a lot of water it will burst out and break into small tiny pieces. It doesn't look appetizing though. Thank you for the question 😀
Hi Jean Yong, thanks for the questions 😄 I usually buy the young spinach, where I don't remove the fibres from the stems. From this bunch, there were some older spinach - and I removed the fibres from those. As for the goji berries, they were washed right before they went in the pan. When they were introduced, they were still dry as once they come into contact with water, they will be too wet for this dish. So I washed them just before adding them to the pan. Hope this answers your questions 😄
Hi Kai Vyn. So the garlic stay crispy and fragrant when serve and on the table. If cook it together with the vegetable it will definitely loose the crispiness and absorb the gravy, not so nice I guess. Thank you for the question. Happy cooking 😀😀

Hi Somjit, did you remove the fibres from the stems before cooking? Also for the goji berries, do you pre-rinse or soak it before cooking?

Why did you insert garlics at the last/later step?
Hi Kai Vyn. So the garlic stay crispy and fragrant when serve and on the table. If cook it together with the vegetable it will definitely loose the crispiness and absorb the gravy, not so nice I guess. Thank you for the question. Happy cooking 😀😀
