is it important with shoulders though? (in terms of striking, not jui jitsu etc.) I'm just not sure what it really helps aside from throwing a better hook I guess.
@@amisfitpuivkeverything you do without having to think about it will require that mobility because the last thing you want is worrying about pulling something when death is raining at you
Hi gabriel, I don't mean to comment on an old video, when I train throwing elbows sometimes my upper back like inbetween my shoulder blades gets crippling agony, I reckon its probably because I'm almost 40 ,will be 40 this year but this routine completely cured/prevented this issue for me, and I need you to know how grateful I am👍😊 Love the channel, Keep up the great work 😁
Thanks for pumping out the content Gabe. You deserve way more subs. You are by far the best kickboxing training available online. You dive deep in to technique and breakdown what it takes to be a professional. Thanks for sharing your wisdom 🙏🏻
What other parts of your body would you like a stretching/mobility video for? Remember I have some others already made. 1. Full Stretch Routine ruclips.net/video/Okeia3mxOIY/видео.html 2. Stretches To Help With Back Pain ruclips.net/video/sGtBU-UbZ_A/видео.html 3. Important Stretches You Need To Add ruclips.net/video/mInH1Y6IEtI/видео.html
Thank you! The timing of this video couldn't be more perfect! I pulled my shoulder a couple of weeks ago and normal stretching just wasn't doing it. Always A+ content from you
You have fantastic content, can I recommend you buy a rode wireless mic , it’ll help reduce echo and your voice will end up clearer. Also if you can get a light that has a built in diffuser you can also bounce off the ceiling.
Anyone having biceps tendon/forearm issues? I cannot tell the difference between general soreness and injury. Been working through it however it strains even picking up a gallon of water. i am trying the supplement BPC-157 which is a healing and recovery peptide. Seems to be helping. Stay well and stay strong.
@@satanjd666 I do have some itis's. BPC helped a bit with my arthritis in my hip that I need surgery on and has seemed to help with overall recovery in regards to inflammation. I also have tried cryo-therapy which helps a ton. Alternative to that and most inflammation treatments is the lovely Cold Tub. I know it sucks and I hate doing it, however that has probably helped the most. See Wim Hof The Iceman. Stay well and stay strong!
@@keithswynenburg2608 thank you for replying. I think I’m going to need surgery as well. It sucks not being able to train and having to go through a long recovery. I really miss training. I’ve heard of Wim Hoff, I listened to him on Jordan Peterson’s podcast, how much has that helped you in your recovery?
Be careful with NR.3 Thats exactly the position of the shoulder, if you want to win a MMa fight with an arm bar at submission xD... Would be pretty bad dislocation your shoulders by your own xD...
Stretching is so underrated. Thank you for sharing such useful advices.
Mobility is a huge factor

Sounds like you might have tendinitis. How’s the BPC 157 worked? I was going to try it for my rotator cuff tear.
