Stay back let the cavemen work it out. Your physical safety and the safety of your passengers are what is important. Once you get on the ground they will get dealt with accordingly
That hotel room in Miami looks amazing. Honestly I've wanted to go there and just explore South Florida. The bathroom tho I defiantly love especially the shower. Also, in all honesty I do love the 321. I'm actually flying on one next month for vacation instead of the 320 this time and I'm super excited. Glad that this trip ended up being easy for you. Can't wait to see more trips soon!

What do you say about this: You check in the evening before bed when you have at 2 am reserve. Then you pack in the evening and get all things ready. Then you can sleep all night if you do not get called, because you know you are ready to get up and get dressed and have some sandwich or two ready and have some bottle with water or something else to drink and leave. This you can prepare in the evening and then you do not need to worry about to get called just 2 hours before the plane leave
So my drive to the employee parking lot is usually about an hour and half and then it takes another 15 min or so to get to the airport from there. So even when I have my bags packed I like to check to see how close I am to being called so I have time to get everything done that I need to. Take my dog out, feed him, wash my face, brush my teeth and all that good stuff. Back in the day when I had to have a crash pad and lived closer to the airports I was based out of I would just let them call me and wake me up bc it doesn’t take me two hours to get ready. But since I’m so far I need to be prepared.
I see this time in Vegas you didn't feel inclined to get a new tattoo. 😎😎 Just curious now. Does the airline you work for offer first class? and I ask because I have heard First Class is a thing of the past which surprises me if that's really the case. Safe flying!
Haha no, not this time. A friend of mine sent me the same exact thing when she saw I was there 😂 But yes, we do have first class on all our planes. And we are actually one of the only airlines that still offers first and business class on some of our wide body aircraft. I have however heard that we will get rid of first on transatlantic and just do business. But as far as domestic they are retrofitting some of our smaller aircraft to have more first class seats.
No we don’t. It would be helpful though, as a lot of people that fly out of there only speak Spanish. I’m trying to learn Spanish to be able to communicate better in those situations, but it’s been a slow process and I need to be better with it.

We do have some trips that are all quick flights like that that people enjoy working. I don’t mind flight time. I just try to bid for trips that don’t have a lot of legs. 3 is my max and if I only have to do that once the whole trip then that’s good with me. On reserve (which is what I’m on this month) you’re more limited to what trips are available.
I’m not sure about miles. That’s not something I keep up with. However I do have an app that tracks my flights and it’s showing I’ve flown 61,361 miles this year so far. Not sure if that’s high or low in the airline world lol. I’m generally a low time flyer so I’d imagine that’s probably on the lower side.
I’m sorry to hear that. Most of the people I’ve flown with have been great, but I know there are FA’s out there who got this job for their love of travel and not people. I would like to think I’m a nice FA. I’ve never had anyone complain, so I guess that’s a good sign.

Reserve isn’t my favorite, but as I get more senior it’s a little easier to navigate. So far this month it’s been treating me well!
