We really just have one goal - to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin - then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU ❗️ - Развлечения
Sam you I can’t even describe how much your channel has upgraded my life! The other day I had a croquet monsieur at a restaurant. I was so blown away I wanted to make one myself. I searched RUclips for a recipe and sure enough my old pal Sam already had a recipe for me!! Made it this morning for me and the Mrs with the fried egg on top (Madame) ... let’s just say: Breakfast of Champions! Thank you Sam!!!
Yes! I remembered that video ! Classic Bistro French recipe!

I worked in a restaurant where we made fries from potatoes freshly cut in house, I have a pro tip: if you let them sit in the water in the fridge overnight they get extra crispy and delicious when fried.
I never thought that was a "pro tip" I thought everyone did it that way. The only time to ever use a quick blanche is you don't have time to wait overnight
I was not aware. Thank you!
@@Rantman9sorry i forgot everyone who watches these videos already knows everything there is to know about cooking I shouldn't have used the word pro. You don't have to blanche them. As sam said You put them in cold water to keep them from going brown and to rinse off some of the starch. They can go straight into the fryer like Sam did but my not-pro tip is if people wanted more crisp fries they could leave them in the fridge overnight.

Since stumbling upon your channel, I have cooked more in last 6 months than I ever have in my 54 years of life. I have made a couple of dozen of your recipes and several of them multiple times. Keep up the good work! That’s what she said….😮😮
Almost like fries from Newfoundland where they top fries with chicken/turkey stuffing, loose ground beef and beef gravy. Needless to say, it sits in ones stomach like a kettle bell weight.
Newfoundlander here, can confirm. I've also had them with bologna, cheese and onions
Also a Newfie and also can 100% confirm
That's funny! There is a family restaurant in Toronto that calls these Newfie fries!
@@terdferguson3854 Most places here call them sloppy fries
Love a private cooking class, we’re huge fans here
Definitely Super Bowl treat!
Go Rams
I recently had bulgogi beef queso fries, it was incredibly good. I'd not have thought that fried kimchi, sesame fries, bulgogi beef, queso, and a slightly spicy sauce would've been so tasty but it blew me away. This whole process reminds me of that a bit, fries as a base for other delicious things is always a good idea.
About to try this out while I’m snowed in this weekend!
Next Chopped Cheese Nachos!
I would love to have a little bit more cheese! But this looks bomb as hell!
Love your videos you always give me new ideas on how to cook new things
I just realized that your videos slow me down. I'm more mindful, more appreciative and less rushed - even just making coffee. The gardening channel I watch winds me up and they're really the only two channels I regularly watch - weird!
Watched you for 3 years now. You changed my liife. My wife was always cooking before, but now? I’m the chef and i began to love cooking! Thank you Sam. I will always follow you. Greetings from Denmark
Love the variety of stuff you do. Another good one here!
The great thing about watching STCG is you not only learn something but it is entertaining and and you can make use of it in your real life.
Nice! Gonna have to make this
Now that is NY official! btw the run in, run out deli we just call it a "bodega". This looks delicious!
My husband and I watch your channel and write down everything we are going to make. We love your whole family.
I made these for my family super bowl party, and they were DEVOURED! It was my first time making fries too! Thanks for the recipe Sam!
I probably gonna make sams chopped beef sandwich this weekend looks delicious
Hey Sam
Canadian who lives in California here 🏄♂️! Make a new version of the famous poutine please! Cheers
My Mom made the BEST fries ever - crisp on the outside, and fluffy on the inside, and never greasy. She did it by deep frying them ONCE, no blanching, just in the oil until they were done, and then out, and into a brown paper bag for seasoning, and to absorb the excess fat.
A couple of years ago, America’s Test Kitchen did an entire episode on French fries, and their conclusion was that making them the way my Mom did produced their best fries.
i used to do them that way.. sams is way more crispy and taste better... sorry mom.
I don't want a giveaway you're just an awesome/entertaining cooking show! Dynamite videography/editing, and every dish I've attempted has come out delicious. Thanks fellas!
Been making the chop cheese sammich since last year. Can't wait to try this!! Would love to see a good meat stromboli please!
Will definitely be doing this once we get camping again. Gonna be awesome outside on the griiiiillll
Yes, gravy would be better than salad. Another vote for gravy instead. Thanks the 3 Amigos!
Mmmm. Lunch on Tuesday. Have a few other things to finish up before shopping again. Cam and Shawn
In the Netherlands, there is Patat Oorlog or French Fries War! So put in twice fried fries, add on top pinda (peanut sauce same as sate) sauce, dutch mayo and chopped onions
I was making burgers and fries for dinner now im making this cause i have an idea to either make a chipotle mayo sauce to dip in or put directly on top thanks for this idea
It took a Canadian to create "Bodega Poutine"
Want to up your fries game? Use coconut oil, the subtle flavour makes them even better.
Looks delish. Thanks Sam for so many great recipes. I've seen so many have tried a couple and the first was a teriyaki Rice bowl... My God .. simple and so good. Your recipes aren't just delicious they're good for the soul thank you.
Thanks for the vid, always entertaining as usual 😁 with great recipes! What type of meat grinder do you have and what type of oil for the deep fryer did you use?
I’m sure it’s really really good. Messy A F snack but definitely going to make this in the near future. Super Bowl FOOD!!!!
These look amazing!!
YESSSS! Looks good!
Another good fry dish is fries, shredded cabbage, fried chicken, shredded cheese, Buffalo sauce, and ranch
AMAZING! And just for grins... FUA! I'm definitely making this. My beef blend is usually Brisket, Tri-Tip, and chuck, but I suppose I need to try some rib meat in lieu of the chuck next. Oh and pro tip, rub a little wagu beef tallow all over the beef before grinding next time! And I definitely need a deep fryer soon. Thanks guys!
Chopped Cheese Fries, Brilliant! Why haven't I thought of this..
Where’s da chili!!!!! Great idea plus fast!!! Great job guys!!!
They look amazing!
Now that was a huge bite!
Made these tonight! I did not make fries, as time was short. They were excellent!
Homemade fries that is
It's a cheeseburger deluxe with fries all in one pile...perfect. And yes, this would be great to make for Superbowl Sunday. 🏈
What do you do with your oil when your finished using the deep fryer? That’s the only reason I haven’t bought one, no idea what to do with the old oil.
I made this tonight. It is a keeper. I used store bought crinkle cut fries. I fried them in Crisco. I had more ground beef thawed than I thought, so I had to use more cheese. We had one serving left for my husband to take for lunch tomorrow. I can use the meat recipe as a base for a variety of dishes.
should've put the censor blur over the second bite, that would've been hilarious 😂😂
Like a burger without the chewing 😂 looks amazing
Then add guac, sour cream ,and refried beans. It's insane. 😋😋😋
Yo! try the “kapsalon”. it's a dutch one.
This dish appeared only in the early 2000s and is simply fried potatoes covered with döner (or shawarma meat) and gouda cheese that is then melted in the oven. On top, pieces of shredded lettuce and a garlic based sauce with sambal are placed before serving.
another tasty dish and easy to make , on my to do list
can we get a series of cheap meals that will be great and feed 4 people?
That look amazing, some chipotle mayo sauce on top would be heavenly
I really love your channel 😊Thank you very much
basically a fancy fries supreme lol
Another great video. You bring alot of great recipes and ideas to the party thank you good sir, thank you. 🇺🇸👍
Sam, I need some ideas for some appetizers for Super Bowl Sunday. A video would be great!!
Great for nachos, too!!!!
Sam, on the subject of fries and knowing how much you love a runny egg…there is a special dish made in Madrid - a famous restaurant called Casa De Lucia - that is simply fries, runny eggs and salt all mixed in. So simple but so delicious. Great as a starter or a side. Perhaps something to make to accompany one of your burgers.
What you’re referring to is called “huevos estrellaos” and is commonplace in many restaurants in Spain.
That sounds so cool, any pictures?

I love this guy! His videos make me happy 💙💙💙💙
Who else would want to eat somthing Sam made ?
You rock…. Most amazing chef ever!!!
Your personality is so real and so hysterical!
Thank you for being YOU
Here’s my one suggestion for it cook it animal style and add your sauce of Japanese Mayo, Ketchup, Mustard, and Pickles on top of it
Looks Delicious 😋🤤
Sam turns on the grinder.
Gardeners: “Why does he always turn that damn thing on when we start working?”
I Love These Videos 😍
Looks amazing. Sam can you do a video where you cook tilapia three or four different ways?
Best way is to heat up some oil and butter in a pan, with lemon and Hungarian paprika, then place the tilapia in the garbage can and cook a nice orange roughy filet
Hey Sam can you do a SPAGHETTI SANDWICH?
Wow!!!!! What a dad you are Sam! You even included Max’s salad on top!😂. Bravo !👏
Brought back some ooold memories from the 60's.
My Mom would make the basics (no triple meat, just grd rnd) with tater tots instead of fries.
The rest is almost exactly the same, but we didn't have mature taste buds so why bother with expensive stuff.
I remember it tasting as good as you looked like you enjoyed it.
So you've got real classic comfort food with heavy upgrades. Too good. YUM!
Would love to see your take on Churros with Hot Chocolate!
Cheeseburger fries, what a great idea. Thanks.
You should try that with chorizo mixed in
Single frying French fries is like going to sleep after foreplay
That’s the “PROBLEM” with owning a deep fryer. “I’ll use it more than I think I would”.
Gia, creative as always
I can see you adding Jalapenos to this!
Looks amazingly delicious sam love your recipe.😎
I feel like this is turning into an upscale (and still stoner) version of Epic Meal Time........just fancier. I love it.
Hi Sam... look into a Belgium treat called a Mitraillette (with Frikandel). Make that! :) a piece of Baguette, 2 Frikadellen, topped with French Fries and a ton of sauce... heaven on a bun..
Can you make a video of how you would prepare some ham steaks. I have a bunch and would like to see your take on how to make them.
Now, trying doing the Prince Edward Island specialty, Fries with the Works, using all fresh ingredients (no canned peas, please!).
Well, this has been around for a long time here in Tennessee. We slice the potatoes cross ways, fry them in oil in a skillet with the onions. In another pan, cook your hamburger with salt and pepper. When done, drain all on a paper towel lined plate to reduce oil. Top with cheese and melt. Here it's called tater mash. Some of the best food you can ever wrap your lips around.
i could never have figured this out on my own
Hey Sammi here a idea those potatoes skin you peeled off. Do like fries but I fry the skins then put on plate with ground beef or small beef tips Mexican seasoning now
Potatoes ground beef
Yellow onion
Banana peppers
Lettuce
Horseradish sauce horseradish Mayo or sour cream salt pepper mix take a few tablespoons spoonful on center tomatoes and scallions
Quick question, what is the audio and video gear you all use? Everything always looks so crisp, and I’m personally only starting in video and photography and I have issues with focus and graininess. Yeah I know it’s unrelated to the food 😅 which looks so appetizing by the way!
"I think you'll find you use it more than you think" That's what I'm afraid of and why I don't own one LOL.
We have also took our cast iron fajita pans...deep ones..put in the fries..the beef and veggies...then cheese and broil to brown cheese.. very forkable..
Love, love love your show!!!!
Where's the cubed dill pickle?! That would be so awesome!
6:38 Sam misses the trash can 😂
Awesome fries Sam! I’m from San Diego too!
thats some stylish hand writing
Great as always
newbie to your channel, had to try the hamburger mix...meat grinder, tri tip, briskit, short ribs...wholly hell! I got 15 burger patties for a total of $10.25 per burger...take away the grider, $3.60 a burger...great taste and I will do it again...Thanks for the fun videos!!
You need to try carne asada fries. There is/was a small restaurant not too far from Camp Pendleton 20+ years ago that made them. So awesome, meat sour cream and cheese on top of the fries.
Next time instead of garlic try chicken bouillon to season it omg so fire
Thanksgiving on Coney Island, chopped cheese n Arizona ya heard
I just made these and I just had a massive code brown event.
Love this F-in, guy!
Well…I know what I’m gonna order for my May 17th birthday! Between the buns!
