After my ES2 was stolen I bought E45. On my ES2 there were 3 speed modes with speed limits like 7Mph, 12Mph and 15Mph and I liked these values. On the new E45 limits are 5Mph, 15Mph and 18Mph. The first one is too low, the second one is too high. I do not like these kind of settings. Is there any way to customize those values? I was not able to find anything via menus or on internet.
One accessory I think many MAX G30 owners would look for is a duffel bag for the kickscooter itself. Due to its relatively big measurements (Folded: 116.7 × 47.2 × 53.4 cm ) it's not an easy task to find such a bag. In Europe such a bag is a necessity if you wish to take your scooter/roller with you while visiting other countries/cities/villages. On trains, your scooter will be categorized as 'bicycle' and be charged accordingly; however if packed in a bag... well, there shouldn't be any extra charges and you'd be able to keep an eye on it. Obviously, a better bag would have a pair of little wheels on one of its ends. Second accessory, which is rather a question: this baby weighs over 20Kg which is a huge problem as this model has no stable middle grip when folded. Imagine if one has to carry it upstairs (lifts may be missing or out of order) metro (underground) passes etc, not all wo/men are muscle pumped. I just wonder, if anyone can come up with a solution for its grip.
@@TheWannabeGeek Those accessories are available on the net. No need to "be manufactured". I was just suggesting additions--that I haven't seen in any other videos on the MAX G30--to your video/future video. The weight and lack of a stable grip (when folded) of the MAX G30 is quite an issue when carrying it , and I say that as an owner of this model. Here's one good solution I found yesterday and was successful in assembling from a bag belt leftover. www.amazon.co.uk/Scooter-Skateboard-Carrying-Straps-MEGAWHEELS/dp/B085TN987P/ref=sr_1_27_sspa?crid=VR176Y1XLL6T&dchild=1&keywords=segway+max+g30&qid=1600257576&s=sports&sprefix=segway+max%2Csports%2C181&sr=1-27-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEyWjdVSUo4Tzk3WFBDJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwNDUzMzkyMUwzODBNNzRVUEEzNyZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwMzMyMzU5MkQyVjFHS0tMS1U4MiZ3aWRnZXROYW1lPXNwX210ZiZhY3Rpb249Y2xpY2tSZWRpcmVjdCZkb05vdExvZ0NsaWNrPXRydWU=

@@TheWannabeGeek great. I was also wanting to know if you or your kids have ridden the scooter to school or somewhere for a long period of time like that. Looking to get one but don’t really trust locks for like 6 hours. Thanks
I have done a lot of riding all around here, Bargara and Burnett Heads, also on the Gold Coast and Brisbane. You would need a decent type of lock to make sure it was secure. I have always had it close by in these instances. Never left it more than an hour.
Scooter handlebar is very far from the stem joint (which is just a few inches above the deck). I am afraid because of the distance from the deck the handle bar might be too shaky for a GoPro (especially on the Max which does not have any suspension). Do you see any problems with image stabilization on the camera? Thanks for the video.
Hey there NeTak, I have been very happy with the quality of the image stabilisation out of the GoPro. I haven’t had any issues at all. I am using the GoPro Hero 8 mostly on the bars :) Thanks for watching.
Hey there Muricio, please refresh. I have updated with the links to the accessories. If these are not in your region, at least you can search for similar items. Thanks for watching, and let me know if there is anything else you need.
Hey Boom Boom. I don't disagree with you at all. This is just more for a simple quick option will out and about. Not to leave your scooter for long periods of time. I use it more as a deterrent than long term lock up. Thanks heaps for stopping by.
OK, but this wire and the padlock are probably the cheapest you can buy. This type of padlocks can be opened with a Fanta cane and the wire you can cut with a pair of good pliers. So, don't be cheap - buy yourself a good lock for your ride. ;) Everything else is fine, I especially like the handlebar bag. :) Cheers!
Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. I am actually doing the latest video on how to handle a flat tire. There is always a risk, however, the Ninebot Max has pneumatic tires which are puncture resistant. I have had two flats tires and have found the easiest to fix them which I will show in my next video coming out in 5 days. I hope this helps. Thanks so much for watching.
I love your videos, thanks! I am also part of the gang and I am loving this beauty. I have a question for you :) : have you bought a carrying bag for it as well? I can only find the ones fitting the Xiaomi but our beauties are bigger and heavier and I am struggling to find the proper one I can buy. Thanks!
Hey MigrantSoul. I am so sorry about the delayed response. I do use a backpack a lot as well. Just so I can carry other items. There is a bigger version of the handlebars bag. However I do find it too small when doing a big trip.
Do thieves in Australia not have scissors? ;-) But seriously - I'd recommend something more heavy than the lock you showed in the video. I use a U lock for mine and have also seen people use those folding locks. Anyway great video - greetings from Germany.
Haha. The cable is fairly thick it would be very hard to cut. The lock is a piece of 💩 lol. But it is more to show as a deterrent. I agree. The U lock would be best for sure. Thanks for watching, Merry Christmas 🎄.
I would not use a combo lock. Some person that really wants to steal you scooter could just show up right after you leave and try every combination and eventually get it right.
Fair call Marcus. I’m only using this for quick in and out scenarios, or where I am in a cafe and have line of site on my scooter still. It’s more of a deterrent for me. Thanks heaps for watching.

Love this Kucumber Kid. Great idea. I personally haven't had an issue with the suspension or lack there of. However, there have been many people who feel like it could do with more suspension. Thanks for dropping by.
Like the video but the Segway can do 30Kmh here in the states and be hacked to 40Kmh and that brings a lot of pain especially if the young man wearing sandals takes a spill. So many hospitals visits due to poor protection on scooters have been recorded including lacerations, concussions and more so I hope everyone thinks about using more than just a helmet. Mandatory Minimum equipment should include helmet, elbow pads, knee pads, gloves and closed shoes. These scooters do not require medical insurance so please take heed.
Hey Lennert, thanks for watching. Some prefer not to carry a backpack whilst riding a scooter. Many occasions also where people have lost items out of their pockets whilst riding… Maybe you haven’t owned one yet… When you do, let me know when you get one of the handlebar bags… They are awesome. Hey there Uighur, I have had my Ninebot Max for almost a year, and love it! The suspension “issue” actually hasn’t been an issue for me personally. I can’t compare it to anything else, however I love it! I honestly believe you would too... Thanks for watching!
@@TheWannabeGeek thats very helpful mate. I enjoy watching your videos. Cheers
Thanks for the video and ideas, I just got my Ninebot Max yesterday and cant wait to get out, it's been pissing down here for 2 days straight so I have been reluctant to go out, I have it fully charged and the app on phone etc and its looking good in my Second home (shed), I'm 58 yrs old and usually ride a 660 Yamaha Tenere enduro bike, but thought I would change it up with a scooter and see how it goes, good thing I was a skateboarder back in the day and still have a decent helmet :)
Haha. Hey Marty. Thanks for watching and taking the time to respond.
Hope you're enjoying your scooter as much as I do.
I have been looking for a motorbike for myself at the moment. Keen to get out and ride
Hey there Vladimir. Thanks for watching. I am unsure of this. Apologies I can't help further.
3:30 Can I get one with a beer holder?
Bahahaha, Yea, now that is a thought. Not sure what local legislation would say about “Drink Riding” thanks for watching 😀
One accessory I think many MAX G30 owners would look for is a duffel bag for the kickscooter itself.
Due to its relatively big measurements (Folded: 116.7 × 47.2 × 53.4 cm
)
it's not an easy task to find such a bag.
I love this feedback Laviv. That is a really cool concept idea to be manufactured. Thanks for sharing. 😊

The u-shape locks is what I use on the ninebot and most of them come with $1,000 guarantee so if they still the scooter you get $1,000 back
I'll have to get myself one of them. They have been recommended a few times now. 😊
I'll have to get myself one of them. They have been recommended a few times now. 😊
Is it true that, if you're not connected to the max via the app, the total mileage won't change?
no. it will continue to update everytime you connect.

Hey Toby, thanks for watching Certainly is Bundy. 😊
@@TheWannabeGeek yes I agree. Thanks very much
No worries Toby. They are well worth the money. We have a couple of them and the whole family loves them.

What’s the app you using?
Hi Marcus this is the App I use play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=eScooter.m365Info

I don't recommend getting cable locks I caught some C&&t attempting to cut the lock he was nearly through
Hey Michael. Thanks for watching. Nice job catching them out.
I only use it for minimal in and out locations.
Do you have links to the stuff you mentioned?
Hey there Muricio, please refresh. I have updated with the links to the accessories. If these are not in your region, at least you can search for similar items. Thanks for watching, and let me know if there is anything else you need.
But combination locks r so easy to get into
Hey Boom Boom. I don't disagree with you at all. This is just more for a simple quick option will out and about. Not to leave your scooter for long periods of time. I use it more as a deterrent than long term lock up.
Thanks heaps for stopping by.
Love ur vids man pls 👍 keep it up
Thanks heaps Luke. Will do. Really appreciate you watching and leaving a comment. Have a great week.
OK, but this wire and the padlock are probably the cheapest you can buy. This type of padlocks can be opened with a Fanta cane and the wire you can cut with a pair of good pliers. So, don't be cheap - buy yourself a good lock for your ride. ;)
Everything else is fine, I especially like the handlebar bag. :)
Cheers!
Hi there! Great video 😊
I am looking to buy one but is there a risk of a flat tire? If yes, do you know where we can get the parts or how to fix it?
Looking forward to it! :)
I was confused if I should get the es4 for that reason.

@@TheWannabeGeek Hey, thanks a lot for your reply, I managed to purchase the perfect WildMan bag. Cheers!
Do thieves in Australia not have scissors? ;-)
But seriously - I'd recommend something more heavy than the lock you showed in the video.
@@TheWannabeGeek a bolt cropper would cut off that steel wire cable easily.
We are waiting for the video. How to tune the ninebot up to 33 or 40 km/h.

@@TheWannabeGeek No problem, I'm a little late in finding your channel - but I got the new Max30 and I'm loving it. This is my opinion but what should have been on the list is a suspension system that can be bought on amazon for 110 dollars
An extra 🦇 🌲 would be nice for certain scooters.
Haha. Nicely put Billy. Have to agree. Thanks for watching.
I would say add a seat (which offers from ninebot officially) and a mirror.

Great video, but wire locks are absolutely terrible! They are ridiculously easy to cut through.
Would have to agree that they are terrible, even trying to thread them through is a pain. I have never tried to cut through one. I mainly use this as a deterrent to theft so I can leave it for a few minutes go into a shop, cafe or quick run down to the beach.
