i’ve commented this before, but when Rich is in the booth calling the game i don’t miss a second of the game, his passion and enthusiasm for the game just oozes off the tv set
This show is so good that 42 minutes go by so fast it's crazy. Rich Eisen is the GOAT
No shouting, no crazy takes, just good breakdowns and debates. Can listen to this all day
Grimy Old Arse Toad?
Not drafting Randy Moss is also up there on Jerry Jone's biggest blunders
That's a pretty damning one I haven't seen brought up before. I will never forget that thanksgiving game where they show his stats and it's like over 150 yds, 3 receptions, 3 TDs.
@@geordiejones5618on only 3 targets
That was my answer bro.
As Rich said "There are so many blunders"
@@geordiejones5618 Yeah bro we all know that meme dont have to being it up just to let people know you were there, we dont care
Jones passing on TJ Watt for Taco Charlton. That's pretty huge
Everyone thought Tj was a massive reach, except the steelers. Theres videos of multiple teams draft parties laughing at the pick
Well quesadillas Winford was also passed on so there’s that
@@markmccarthy7887 😂
@@jomoee4123 that's kind of revisionist. Several scouts said they didn't think he was a first round pick, but some did, and others specifically said they saw him as a second round pick. Maybe a few people laughed in the war room but it's definitely not accurate at all to say that everyone saw the pick as a massive reach.
And most significant publications mocked Watt as a late first round pick.
These make Mondays so much more tolerable. Great segment as always, gentlemen.
I remember Darnold's 3-0 start with Carolina and nobody was thinking this. That was a worse team and he played worse competition. Vikes just beat down 2 playoff teams pegged to be SB bound by many.
Serious contenders. Complete team. Long season ahead of course, but these are the facts after 3 weeks, they are the best team
I'll drink the purple Kool-aid.
The headline we overreact to next week:
After the Browns fall to 1-3 in Las Vegas, we’re going to be saying that it’s Jameis Winston time in Cleveland
That is NOT an overreaction. I miss watching Winston play, good times and bad he's always exciting.
Watson is the worst QB in the league not named Bryce Young. This is an underreaction if it wasn't for his albatross of a contract.
@@nathanchildress5596 This!
If anything that's an underreaction.
Firing Jimmy Johnson will always be Jerry Jones biggest mistake!
"There's a lot of whiffs......" Savage response
GO SEAHAWKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here’s my overreaction Monday overreaction:
Of all the team that won on Sunday, nobody needed a W more than the Eagles
Definitely an overreaction, the rest of the division looks god awful, Eagles should handle this.
I love this segment look forward to it every week
Man that Daniel Jones question was inconceivable 3 weeks ago. Credit where it’s due, he’s looked good the last few games.
Malik Nabers has looked good not Jones
@@zachbrown3872 so true
Ya people wanted to drag him after the Vikings game, but they just did the same thing to Stroud and Stroud gets a pass
One of the only reasons to look forward to Monday!
As a dolphin fan Mondays are now my favorite day, because i don't have to watch the train wreck for 6 more days
Been waiting all day for this to drop
Darnold could win Comeback player of the year
Not an overreaction.
Yes, it totally wouldn’t be Rodgers or Cousins 😂😂😂
They do like to think that coming off the bench the previous year justifies being a "comeback player".
The Vikings disrespect is ridiculous
I couldn’t agree more. It’s like no one is watching the tape and just spewing the same rhetoric. But I don’t think they care. Eventually it will be undeniable.
I like how talking heads always conflate Daniel Jones' skill in the playoffs against Minnesota with the worst defense of all time.
Ah yes, Mr. Donatel we play 20 yards off in a soft zone.
Only people who don't understand jack about the game, don't realize what B Flo has done for you guys.
I was utterly livid the Steelers let him walk instead of canning the other guy and giving B Flo the call sheet here.
Top 3 DC at worst imo
That was legit the worst defensive philosophy of ALL TIME. It was maddening watching prevent defense for an entire game every single week. Not firing Ed Donatell mid season was such a poor decision
Chris came up with some awesome overreaction this week👍
2021 Sam Darnold didn't get his 8th TD pass until week 17. He has that by week 3 this year. He was never in the MVP conversation that year.
I came for overreactions... these are moderately reasonable ones!
“Are you dizzy?” Love it 😂
All im saying is Nick Swardson still has a perfect record.might have to put 1000 on the vikies. Skol
He might actually not lose 5 grand this year
Jerry forgot to elaborate, he was all in on bringing back the same roster 🤣🤣
"Woooow, theres a lot of whiffs" omfg 🤣🤣🤣
I'm a seattle fan and I think its a fair take right now. I'm just happy we are taking the wins we should be taking. Especially early in the season with a brand new coaching staff. But its been sloppy so far and they'll need to clean a lot of stuff up if they are gonna beat the good teams.
Same and agree 100%. However, its great to be stacking wins when the rest of the NFC West is 1-2. Hoping they can solve the Lions next week as they have done last two years and then take care of business heading into first really tough matchup against the 49ers.
@@jasonsheath3294 3 games in 10 days is gonna be tough. Awesome for us, not so much for the players. If we can stay healthy we will be in good shape hopefully. Go Hawks
long live Jerrah! 😅
Jones is exactly who he is! A rich guy with an ego that controls his actions. Never a pretty picture.
I picked up Dalton as my super flex, man did that work out!
Seattle at LA Rams week 17 could be for a wild card spot 😳
Everyone loves you when you win and hates you when you lose! 😂😂😂
1:24 I could definitely go for a "Previously on..." segment every week.
Yes!
One year I cant remember who my starting QB was but I started Fantasy season off 1-5. My fantasy Quarterback was injured for the rest of the year. I wanna say 2016. I picked up Blake Bortles that year and I made it to the Championship game. It was the year he was 2nd in the league in TD passes behind Tom Brady. So 2016 or 2017. Absolutely Andy Dalton should be considered by all fantasy owners looking for production at the QB position. I almost completed the greatest comeback in fantasy football history. If you play your pawns right you can win.
We're done with you! Go Hawks!!
2:17 Letting Jimmy walk was the biggest blunder in Cowboys history
He was walking anyways
My overreaction for the week:
Justin Fields should remain the starter in Pittsburgh
My overreaction for next week:
The Jaguars are in DEEP deep trouble and Trevor Lawrence might be a bust
I was at "The Bears should have kept Justin Fields" the day the Bears traded Justin Fields. He was never the problem
That Huge thud was me jumping off the Russel Wilson for QB 1 bandwagon
Jerry couldn't think of another home but mansion.
Jerry Jones’s signing Dak is the biggest wiff 😂😂😂
The biggest with Jerry Jones had was not just being an owner and letting Jimmy Johnson continue as the Head Coach of the football team. I wasn’t even born and I knew that was a bad idea.
Andy Walton's voice sounds just like Patrick Swayze
My reaction to all the overreactions
1. Letting Jimmy go will always be the worst move of Jerry’s career overreaction
2. Yea Levis is costing the titans wins atp.
3. Not an overreaction this is case keenum 2.0 for minny
4. That would be the most giants move ever. There is no way
5. A little too soon for that but dalton probably ended Bryce’s career in Carolina
6. Honestly with that defense Pitt has that is very possible. All they need is competent offensive play
7. As a bucs fan… I can’t comment on this lol.
8. That’s very possible especially with darnold geno and baker all having career resurgences
9. Honestly I think the Vikings are that good. The Texans o line is a concern but I’m not giving up on them just yet
Algorithm isn’t interrupting this with enough commercials…….Not
Through 3 weeks the Vikings are the best team in the NFL and no one else is even close! They've scored the second most points and allowed the second least. Lead the league is sacks and Darnold has the most passing tds. They are rushing for 100+ yards a game. They are great at every level of the game. Have not seen any other team who could say that thus far this year.
Can't argue so far.
😂😂😂
Flores will get so many coaching jobs requested next year
@@sirtheodorefranciswindsorWho's better this season?
@@JesusSaves373 🤣 🤣 🤣
Darnold could certainly win MVP if they stay at the same level that they've played in the first three weeks. His experience in Carolina and NY is irrelevant to this season, but yet every analyst uses that to say he shouldn't be taken seriously.
WHOA! RICH! Don't be shrugging Brockman off about the Eagles... they're one blowout away from the wheels falling off again!
L take bro
In the description you wrote Justin Fields will lead the Steelers to the NFC North title.
Getting rid of Jimmy was his biggest blunder.
Seahawks miss the playoffs? U think 3 of nfc north will make the playoffs 😂
Lions, Packers, and Vikings all making it is very possible
My Cowboys are in trouble. If they lose this Thursday they are in big trouble.
Red Rifle!!! He’ll get it done, but the Bengals bring him back down to earth. I know Dalton all too well being a Bengals fan for 35 years!
Saints are a borderline playoff team with their remaining schedule.
Laremy Tunsil is becoming a real problem to the Texans. The amount of penalties that guy gets called for overshadows his playing on the field
Disrespecting Tom Landry was Jerry's biggest blunder. Everything else that has happened is just Karma coming home.
“What I’m saying is, Sam Darnold is not enough of a ‘big name’ for the NFL to name him MVP.”
It's not that, he just had several opportunities to be the guy and never has been. Odds are against him but who knows.
I can't believe Brockman doesn't think Malik should start the rest of the season. He looks AT LEAST as good as Justin Fields, Lamar Jackson and Baker Mayfield.
You heard it from King Henry's own lips that he wanted to play in Baltimore. That is not something that Dallas can control.
Over the Cap has the Cowboys with $23 million in free cap space and then they over pay Dak. The Cowboys also enter next season with $29 million before cuts, restructure, or cap increase.
Damn my Jags are Bad 😢 over reaction monday cheer me up pls!
If Malik Willis is a starter in 2025, a GM/head coach needs to be fired.
The Bears are the problem, not their quarterback
WOW. That panthers schedule is softer than my pillow.
NFC north super interesting already: Vikings with best record, lions with best offense, bears probably with best defense, packers with most upside. Going to be interesting to see which team pulls away if any
You see the stats in Nashville this weekend? idk about the bears having the best anything right now🤷♂️
North might edge out the wild card race and leave the leaderboard for the other division leaders only in the play offs
Bears with the best defense? 😂
Ummm lol you have everybody has “best” aspects of team, yet Vikings have just best record. This is undercover shade to Vikings my guy. Vikings are best team rn
Bears have a great defense, but they do not have the best defense. You could make a case for Vikings and Packers having a better defense than the Bears
Fields put up 252 passing yards and 6 rushing yards against the Chargers secondary. And rich goes "he NeEdS tO sHoW hE CaN tHroW"
Getting humiliated by the Seahawks must be a fetish of yours.
Week 8. The 7-0 Seahawks play the 7-0 Bills. Of course they both make the playoffs.
Justin Fields winning AFC N title for Pitt is NOT an overreaction - they're already running away with the division, and they show no signs of anyone being able to come and bully them.
Dallas in the 90s would have won 5 in a row had they kept it all together.
Dalton
Okay, I have one. Two of the biggest contracts at the time, but out of Russell Wilson and deshawn watson. Who's time as an elite player is done?
If anything, Tennessee should have started Mason Rudolph from the start.
It is funny you all said Dak is worth 60 mil, now Dak needs a running back to win.
Hutch has been playing out of his mind too, idk that tj watt has that on lock atm
Sam has always been talented fight on!
Damn had to reference Matt Schaub 😞
I think it's fair to say that Daniel Jones is not as bad as his worst games suggest. I think the appropriate reaction would be to say that Malik Nabers HELPS save Daniel Jones job. Jones will help himself save it also. Look for G-men to compete for a playoff spot this year, I'm thinking (like in the hunt at the end).
Well go figure he named everyone but Lafleur from that group of coaches.....KOC and Matty are competing for coach of the year right now
Yeah the Cowboys not signing a 30 running back is not a bigger blunder than firing Jimmy lol
Jerry could've afforded Derrick Henry if he had signed Dak and CeeDee earlier- last season.
Disgusting to see and hear the complete disrespect (as usual from all East Coasters) toward the Seahawks. Sad, truly sad!
Seattle hasn't lost to the lions since 2012!
After watching this I have officially realized rich doesn’t really know sports he just speaks from an emotional standpoint
He’s naively optimistic to a fault
Took you long enough 😂
Releasing Danny Amendola is another fumble from Dusty Jerry
Tomlin wouldn't say that the steelers are going to win the AFC North, he has too much respect for the division.
So funny - I've been saying, all along, Dalton has been the best QB on every team he's been on. Pure stupidity he hasn't been starting every year.
lol they just refuse to give Darnold credit. No way in hell Barkley or Watt are ahead of him in MVP
We all wrote off Sam Darnold, but he ain't write back.
Seattle has a rookie head coach who is going 3-0 rn and you guys haven't spoken on that once???? Time to give the pacific north west some coverage.
What's wrong with Geno Smith?? Why do you guys ignore the Seattle Seahawks! Honestly, WTF?!?
The Caleb Williams / Justin Fields argument is irrelevant. The issue boils down to the coaching staff. They have made a fantastically talented QB look average - and now that Fields is with a decent coach, we can see what he's capable of. It's down to Eberflus and poor coaching
Rich doesn't even attempt to not show his bias and I can't wait to hear the crying of all these Jets fans
I'm not mad because its a bad take I'm mad because I just want you to let us Seahawks fans enjoy the moment
Darnold is younger than Joe Burrow
Daniel Jones should go to Patriots
I really hate this no team has done a three-peat when the Packers have done it twice. It's only true since the merger in 1970.
Eberflus is getting fired midseason
Every move by Jerry Jones is his worst move ever. The man makes mistakes by waking up. You can take the boy out of the trailer park, but you can't take the trailer park out of the boy.
I hope ya'll and the NFL teams underestimate the Hawks all season.
It’s not even in the top 5 of Jerry Jones whiffs. Passing on Randy Moss?
