I flew KUL-IST on Jan 12 2024 morning and also experienced really unfriendly crew. We were treated like we were cattles in economy. I suffered the same experience as you when the crew roll her eyes when I asked for a drink mid flight.
I searched "turkish airlines" unfriendly and your video came up first in the results. I flew Singapore Airlines several months back and always remember the flights for its genuinely friendly crew. Why can't Turkish Airlines crew be like SQ crew...
