      @Hasnah323 8 месяцев назад +6

That’s their hard earned money, they don’t need to pool any money, they can do whatever they wish with it. you should channel that message to our politicians that will bleed the counties dry then invest the money in other countries buying luxurious properties and sending their kids to Ivy League schools.

You’d be surprised how much support Africans in diaspora render to people back home, providing scholarships, financial support etc. The governments need to do their job and stop being so selfish - eg Nigerian politicians wasting billions on flashy cars and that is only the tip of the iceberg. African governments mostly do not care about their people hence the need for diaspora funds and « white saviours »

That's where us locals need to step up:
      - don't abuse the facilities and equipment
      - protect what we've been given
      - learning how to do the basic maintaince
      - build upon what's been given towards better things
      - put pressure on local government to pitch in now that there's somewhere to start
      - Engage and encourage local philanthropy
So much more we can do to prove ourselves worthy of help.

Some were *really old* they had 5 1/4 inch diskette 💾 drives. ( 1980's style) .

Mr.Beast is our NEW HERO ! While we ourselves are only are currently able to assist a few families in Kenya , Tanzania and Jamaica we one day hope to do as much as Mr.Beast has done ! The governments of Africa are swayed too easily from $$$ ( USA govt too ) and influence from China & Russia ! Keep Africa for Africans ! The Big Modern Cities of many African Nations are impressive & the electrical grids in the cities mostly ok ,& there is much wealth ! But the rural areas need this help to fight malaria , water borne illness , fund better medical care , fund education and provide reliable solar power so all may benefit from better lives. Climate change is already having huge negative impacts in Africa that most of the West is blind too ! From droughts to the current severe floods in East Africa & more !! Africans should not have to leave Africa to find a better life ! Imagine if all Rich people did as much good as Mr.Beast ! IF you are in the USA Do Not forget to support your LOCAL Boys & Girls Clubs in the USA as many American kids need a helping hand too ! We hope to soon travel more of wonderful Africa ! One Love

Beast should receive the hug from Adeola. Oya take it, receive it. Basically, we need few people to make changes in Africa not bundle of executhieves we have in power. The vultures and leech who are out to steal, to kill and to destroy to enrich themselves. Out of all leaders we have in Africa, i recommend just Ibrahim Traore and very few like minds as Africa's presidents, Beast and his like minds as foreign associate, and maybe few of the genuine philanthropists across Africa as Governors. You see the rest of the leaders I mean all of them are mere followers with leadership privileges. I am not sparing anyone if you are not in the categories I have mentioned above. Africa cannot be any where close to greatness if we continue to recycle these vultures in leadership positions. It can only get worse and no government is trying if The people dwells in poverty increasingly.

There are times when it's valid accuse someone of white saviour mentality, this is not one of those times. That chap sitting in his fancy living room with his flat screen behind him (I bet with cleaning running water in his home) should ask himself what he's really angry about. Is he saying that those kids were comfortable drinking the dirty water, or happy falling off a rickety bridge? If no, then why is it a crime someone solved this basic need. People should learn to channel their frustrations appropriately.

Charity begins at home and he started from his local community so what is wrong with that devil opposing him.
If he thinks that he is rich enough then he should emulate what Mr. Beast is doing eather than talking him down.
10 of Mr. Beast will go along way to elevating Africa to the height it is supposed to be but our leaders sat on it

@mrbeast God bless you and pay no attention to ungrateful human beings.
@adeola keep the good news coming, I didn't know of Mr beast before but i know now through you.
Some Africans will keep on supporting nonsense, they are afraid of calling the government out, in fact they just praise them and condemning the act of kindness by this young RUclipsr.
Each time i go online to see what my country people are going through in Nigeria, i cry and ask if karma is not real. These people need to experience what they are doing to the masses in a more gruesome way, including their supporters.

Mr Beast can choose to do absolutely nothing to help these poor people that are so distant from his reality but instead he chooses to help. He should be supported not castigated.
