We got started when our company founders needed a better APU unit for their fleet of 120 tractor trailers. We couldn't find a solution in the market place, so we starting building APU's ourselves. Before we put our products in any customer’s trucks, we test them in ours for up to a year to ensure that they perform the way we expect.
While the competition still utilizes decades old designs in their APU’s, we knew we had to be different. This needs more views
Green APU needs three things, which are simple programming fixes… 1 needs auto start/start. No reason to have engine running for hours after sleeping once sundown and temps outside drop and AC is no longer needed. 2 the battery monitor voltage needs to be configurable. 12.4 is too high. 12.2 is where batteries are 50% discharged and then should be recharged. 3 the option of a larger (ie 120amp) alternator should be available. 60amp alternator is too small and runs engine too long to keep battery charge up. Once these three items are addressed, it would exceed the Thermoking Unit

I hope I can get a hold of someone when I go to purchase my next truck. Justin(Just trucking) and Kyle(Nevada trucking and trails) RUclips channels had me sold on getting one for my 3rd truck but I called 3x and never got a live person on Friday 3/17. I was getting my truck under a short window or take the chance of losing the truck so I went with Thermo king. I love the accessibility of the parts compared to Thermo king but couldn't wait until the next week or days to speak to someone. I would love to get one on my 4th truck I plan to buy before years end and pray I can get a live person to answer some questions and give me a quote. 😢

Your better off with a TK. This green apu does NOT cool down my 2023 589 with a 80” bunk. Extremely dissatisfied!!
Little honda 2000wat and my minisplit work much beter than any apu on the market and only cost 3grand 4 years working zero problems
