I actually just bought this headset a week ago. I'm in love with it. The sound is amazing, very loud though. I have never have mine above 50% The comfort is out of this world. My one and only issue so far is the volume slider can get bumped if you lean back in a chair. Oh well, still worth every dollar. Great video, looking forward to more!
Also, I don't know how important it may be, but under the product specifications, it lists that the battery times are tested at 50% volume. So that makes me wonder if listening at higher volumes would decrease the battery life, and if so, by how much?
Raymond Marinas not at the moment everything is good the headset works really good and the battery life is insane as far as i know you can only use it for pc and ps4
I bought these when they came out over 3 years ago... the only issue i have is with Playstation you can't use it wired and chat with mic. Mic only works when you use it wireless. Also the volume wheel kinda messed up and takes forever to put volume up... even with that, Im still buying a new pair... might get the s version with the new features. These are too comfortable and the sound quality is amazing.
i cant get over how good this headset is in 2022... i got a pair on clearance at walmart for 75$ and they are better then some of the headsets in the 200 dollar range... THE COMFORT IS AMAZING.

Watched your video.... and you made me buy it. Sadly they weren't on sale for $100, rather $139. But paying extra $40 doesn't hurt me. I'm quite surprised the Razer Naris don't showcase in any gaming headset video. I had the Razer Nari Essential and they weren't that bad. But I gave them to my little brother. I wanted something that had better battery life and sound. Something was throwing me off about the hyperx, and it was the plastic build. But I'm sure I can ignore that. Update: I bought the cloud flights, and returned them 5 hours later. The sound is by far the worst of the worst in all the headphones I've owned. The sound is too trebly, mids are too high, and the bass IS NON-EXISTENT. I can honestly compare them to a pair of $30 Amazon headsets. I returned that piece of shit for a Nari Ultimate, and the sound is a lot more rich, more presence, and there's BASS on them. A little too much, but you can tune them, unlike those hyperx. Not to mention that the Hyperxs are extremely quiet. You have to pump the volume to 80 to even hear them. I keep my Razer Nari at 20-30, and they're loud as fuck. I cant believe this guy said they sounded good...
I have these. Best headphones I've ever owned and I even said the same about the previous Cloud II also from HyperX I had before. Took the velour earpads from those and put them on my Flights and they fit fine :) I recommend them
You forgot to mention that the mic doesn't work when you use it wired with the 3.5mm cable. The 3.5mm jack is only a 3 pole and not 4 pole. Also, you can use them while they're charging as well but you need to connect both the usb cable and also keep the wireless dongle connected to use them. All in all, good review as always 👍🏻

i have the hyper x stinger right now and its perfect and I'm thinking of switching to the flight but then im afraid of the clamping force being too hard because i used the sony wh-xm3 and my jaw line hurts is the clapping force about the same as the stinger and the size of the earpad is it similar to the stinger too?

One big thing that you forgot to say... when you say "using it trough the 3.5mm cable you lose control of your volumen while and stuff like that"... well one of the things you lose is the mic!! Since it is a 3 pin a not a 4 pin conector the mic doesn't work, so if you run out of battery, you can still use them but without the mic. Pretty big deal, altough even with that it is a really nice perchuase I feel like that is really importat to skip it.

I bought the headset and it is horrible headset, I don’t recommend at all sound quality is awful compared to stealth 600 turtle beach wireless headset. This headset has mic monitoring but it is set at a very high volume that you can’t adjust. Party chat sounds a bit weird and the quality of the sound is cheap all around. Waste of money
Hey man! Just wondering, did you notice that some of the internal red sponge sticks out in some parts of the earcups? I thought there was a problem with the earcups, but HyperX told me they were designed like that. Just tought it was little weird. Anyways, great video!

I loved this headset but had to get rid of it because the noise cancellation was so strong if I wasn’t screaming in the mic it literally wasn’t picking up my voice and I’m obnoxiously loud to begin with.
I have tried wired headsets before, I have a ps5 and I really interested in the hyper X I’m afraid if I plug them thru my controller I get that cracking noise I can go wireless to

@@TheTechne ya I am didn't wanna crap on here haha. But pretty sure I'm going to return them... The audio quality in comparison to my wired headset with a good soundcard is disgusting.. They sound good for music but in games where you can't play with the 7.1 on because it's awful on gaming the sound is just the worst.. Even with APO and peace still sounded like I had tin cans on my ears... And for an example in call of duty, running near a water mill on the new map the water mill is louder than my footsteps or even my gun!!!
@@cynergi7498 you are playing MW? I also main a pair of audio technicas with a sound card (AE9) but I love the 7's still, after tweaking them in the software, and adjusting that horrible fake in game sound, they really shine. and I play a lot, of cod.
The Cloud lls have nothing on these tho, if mic monitoring is important to you the Flight's absolutely destroys the Cloud lls, even the comfort is better with these

I bought the headset and it is horrible headset, I don’t recommend at all sound quality is awful compared to stealth 600 turtle beach wireless headset. This headset has mic monitoring but it is set at a very high volume that you can’t adjust. Party chat sounds a bit weird and the quality of the sound is cheap all around. Waste of money
Hey man! Just wondering, did you notice that some of the internal red sponge sticks out in some parts of the earcups? I thought there was a problem with the earcups, but HyperX told me they were designed like that. Just tought it was little weird. Anyways, great video!

@@TheTechne If I can ask for your help again, ever noticed or heard about problems with the Cloud Flight's microphone on ps4? Sometimes my mic keeps cutting out or sometimes just can't pick up my voice at all. I need to unplug the mic then plug it back on, but it fixes the problem just for a period of time

I loved this headset but had to get rid of it because the noise cancellation was so strong if I wasn’t screaming in the mic it literally wasn’t picking up my voice and I’m obnoxiously loud to begin with.

@@TheTechne ya I am didn't wanna crap on here haha. But pretty sure I'm going to return them... The audio quality in comparison to my wired headset with a good soundcard is disgusting.. They sound good for music but in games where you can't play with the 7.1 on because it's awful on gaming the sound is just the worst.. Even with APO and peace still sounded like I had tin cans on my ears... And for an example in call of duty, running near a water mill on the new map the water mill is louder than my footsteps or even my gun!!!
@@cynergi7498 you are playing MW? I also main a pair of audio technicas with a sound card (AE9) but I love the 7's still, after tweaking them in the software, and adjusting that horrible fake in game sound, they really shine. and I play a lot, of cod.
I personally have cloud 2s and they’re bloody amazing after a couple months of use. Great video techne

Cloud 2 has a higher frequency response than cloud flight
The Cloud lls have nothing on these tho, if mic monitoring is important to you the Flight's absolutely destroys the Cloud lls, even the comfort is better with these
The dongle is compatible with ps4 if you update the firmware of the dongle
