Your ability to precariously balance synths on top of each other will never cease to amaze me. Also the playing.
Prophet 10 is so heavy it's not going anywhere.
but I can't help to wonder what book that is that keeps the prophet afloat..
I got nervous watching the prophet 10 with the book😬😬😬
I know it is pretty off topic but do anybody know a good website to stream new movies online ?

The prophet resting on that book is stressing me out so much, every time he plays it shakes. But some risks must be taken in the pursuit of such fantastic music

I mean, the CZ-5000 and CZ-1 aren't *awful* to my knowledge. Not amazing, but they're not the worst
@@autumnbrushtail Those are pretty great! Casio made cool stuff in the 80s! Some cool lo-fi samplers too.
@@HenritheHorse yeah. The only issue with those samplers are the size. I do agree that they sound great, but personally, even for me, someone who isn't very good at playing, an Oxygen-25 is kinda too small, so a Casio toy is a bit cramped looking
@@autumnbrushtail Best ones are the biggest of the series SK-2100 which I have with full keys or the RZ-1 which is a module drum machine/sampler!

I remember when I got my Rhodes 73 with the flat top and I was like why hasn’t someone thought of this before. It held my DX 7 perfectly

The way you bend melodies on the Vintage Vibe is like how a top vocalist bends melodies with vocals. When I was with a major publisher I wrote a song and sang it on point but when they gave that song to a top vocalist the way that singer bent the melodies I couldn't believe it was the same song. You just did the same thing when you played "Just The Two Of Us."
Please more of this content, this is the main reason why i come back to your channel is for this stuff.

yeah they look and sound excellent but you can get a real rhodes for like 1000-2000

Yamaha reface maybe? It sounds good. I use Pianotec software for my pianos.

That's great, those pianos are just beautiful, eyes and ears. Just one thing, why do they not build it with a flat top for more stability when you put another keyboard on it (like everyone does) ? Your Prophet's shaking scares me a lot. I can understand the classic design matter but i wish more practicity for live and studio musician. I also wish i would play Havona on bass with you. :) Great video, great player, and one of my favourite band since 93', thanks.

I looked into getting one last year, but there’s no UK dealer. Silver lining was found a 1980 mark ii with wooden keys one careful owner, Still needs action regulated etc...that’s were VV pianos are fantastic. It’s all lovely, shiny, new.
never heard of a mk ii with wood keys.
@@SUPACONSCIOUS Mark II was introduced in 1979, plastic keys were introduced as an alternative in 1980. So not even every Rhodes after 1980 has plastic keys. I have a 1981 Rhodes Fifty-Four (basically a shortened Mark II Stage) which has wooden keys.
