I loved Alicia Witt's chemistry with Timothy Olyphant. I really wish Wendy was the romance arc of this season - it would give the season way more coherence and up the stakes in a more interesting way.

Regarding the "21 foot rule", fall back on the ground as you draw. The attacker can't immediately reach you with the knife and has to change direction, and you can create distance with your legs as you clear your gun. Rolling off to the side at an angle also works.

This was more than likely the mistake of the editors who did this. It usually happens when they edit in such a hurry I guess but it has nothing to do with the actors in this scene. They just probably liked that one shot more than the rest I assume

Over 6k life is common in standard mode. Just above 7k just doesn't cut it for hardcore. I didn't look at your build in too much detail, but fortify and the basalt flask seems to be the only defense you have against getting 1 shot. Evasion, block, armour, stuff like that does nothing for 1 shots. If you have that low life, you need to deal with crits in some way. 8.5k-9k life maybe you can get away without having reduced crit dmg. Alkaizer has over 9k life and 60% reduced crit damage. I'm sorry but it just comes down to your build not having enough life. And yes, the longer the game exists the harder it has to get. As people commonly know more the easier the game becomes, and they can faceroll it. GGG cant allow people to faceroll hardcore, that would be shit.
