- Hey friends! Excited to bring you an update on my journey with the EvenSkyn Lumo device. I had taken some time off (after accidentally misplacing the charging cord) but for the last several weeks I have been back to using it about 3 days a week. While I don't have a dramatic before and after picture for you (my neck is still in pretty good shape) I can tell you that it is helping to maintain a more youthful look to the skin on my neck. I hope this update was helpful. This is a fantastic, effective device that if used properly and consistently will either help to maintain a youthful look to your face and neck or help firm things up a bit if you are a little further along with your aging process. @MrKongsMom, Do you prefer this or the Tripolar Stop Vx for radiofrequency?
If I was just interested in RF I would go for the TriPollar Stop X. It's an incredible device and if you don't have the time or inclination to use the all the features of the Lumo then the Stop X makes the most sense.

Can you use the Lumo’s ems instead of the microcurrent that needs to be used more often?
As I learned, ems is a different muscle stimulating system, but eventually microcurrent and ems does same thing. If that's wrong, correct me!!!

It should be ok. I have actually read that RF can benefit melasma. Might want to to look into that. I am thinking of trying it on my melasma (I only have it on my forehead and don't normally treat there).

Hi. This video was a year ago. Do you still use the Lumo? I was going to get the Newa. Are there too many options on the Lumo that decreases its efficacy? Hard finding people on YT that have used devices and purchased them on their own before reviewing. If you have used the Newa curious to know your thoughts. Thank you. Nice review
Hello! I do not own the Newa. I am currently not using Lumo as I have switched over to FOREO for microcurrent. I will still reach for Lumo for RF but I prefer microcurrent more at this point. I don't think the options on Lumo decrease the efficacy. I found the device very easy to use and effective for what it did in terms of an at home device.

I haven't but I would personally welcome some fat loss in my face.

I am not comfortable answering that. I would suggest reaching out to the brand specifically. I know they are available via customer service and on Instagram pretty readily.

You can use it at any age technically I suppose, but someone in their 20's may not see much from it but it could be a great preventative device. If youa are starting to see the early signs of aging, that is a great time to start devices like this.

Can you use it for crows feet?
I would not get this too close to the eyes but you can around the orbital area. The RF should help to rebuild some of that collagen over time.
Do you use your Lumo over your thyroid?
I probably do go over it a couple times but don't focus directly on that area. I do not have thyroid issues. I am checked somewhat frequently for thyroid issues because of something else I have and all levels are always normal. But it is something to think about if you have issues. I also make sure my endocrinologist and primary care docs are aware of anything I am using that could remotely negatively affect my endocrine system. They gave me the go ahead and said that they don't see any issues. But check with your doctor obviously.
@@MrKongsMom Thanks - I have heard some of the ladies mentioning avoiding the thyroid with different instrument treatments. Of course I have a large "necklace" wrinkle crossing my throat right there! Thanks for your great videos!
Have you looked into the wrinkle patches by chance? Specifically this one: go.magik.ly/ml/1dmjg/
They are reusable to a certain point and I have heard some people have great luck with these in lessening the look of deep lines. I may actually try these next year myself in addition to the LUMO for my neck.
Just recived Evenskyn Lumo today. On programme 4 for electrical muscle stimulation, I can hardly feel anything. I put it up level 5 and could just feel tingly. I used it with a radio frequency gel. Am I doing something wrong as evryone seems to find level 1 strong.
Wow, you are tough! I could not start with the 4 myself. Especially on my neck. I can do it now, but had to build up. You might just have a strong tolerance? I know that some people are much more sensitive to the sensation than others. Have you reached out to EvenSkyn on Instagram by chance? I would send them a DM just to make sure that your device is working properly. Another think you can do is try it on a more sensitive area of your body. If you feel it more there then you know that you are just tougher than most.
@@MrKongsMom Thank you so much for the advice. I'll contact them on instagram. I have tried on my neck and at level 4 I can hardly feel anything. Is there any other sensitive areas I can try?
@@MrKongsMom I have now sent 3 emails (to sales and to support) and a message on instagram. No response. Very disappointed with the lack of support. Also the cooling program 5 - The metal ring is naturally cold but warms up with use and doesn't cool down but blue light comes on.
@@sharmilachowdhury2247 I'm sorry you are no receiving the support you need. I passed your comment and name on to someone who works at EvenSkyn to alert them to this. I hope your issue is resolved. Being that you just received the device a day ago it may take them just a day or so to respond. It is the holiday season and I know many companies are lagging behind in a few areas. I am sure they will be in touch soon.

Are you still using this in 2023?
I am currently doing a long term test of FOREO bear. I only do one device at a time. But I’d still recommend this device if that’s what you are wondering.
