One of the excellent collector we had in Cuddalore. I still remember, sir came to our school in 90's as a sub collector and the host announced that the sir will speak in Tamil. He said only one word "Vanakkam". Today speaking fluent Tamil. He is also one of the role model to all Cuddalore students during the time.
Wonderful personality, one of the best IAS officers we have today .
