Chopin really be trolling with that intro
The intro best interprets the picture of a gentle breeze and the rest just depicts the imagery fast wind and gale.
I would interpret the étude like that, what 'bout ya?
I believe one of his friends had told him to include that intro. He had intended to publish the piece without it. I'm not entirely sure though.

But this could well be a steinway grand he's playing on, maybe a steinway B (I think it's probably a less expensive grand by kawai or yamaha though)... This is a performance recorded on an acoustic grand piano, what you're hearing is not from a digital piano if that's what you mean by your comment.

Winter wind ain't tragic, I won't say it's happy either...its just a cool piece.

The hardest in my opinion are Sixths (Op.25 #8) and Chromatiqué(Op.10 #2).

Winter Wind isn't as challenging as most may think; it's easy to cover up wrong notes and any professional could achieve the agility needed to play this
Pieces like Chopin's Op.10 No.1, Op.10 No.2, and Op.25 No.6 are much more technically demanding

This is probably my favorite interpretation of this etude, some other people play it too fast without any emotions but this seems like the right speed that you played it. Can't wait for your channel to blow up the way it deserves to

I dont think anyone have played it much faster than this. At this speed alone , Traum did few mistakes. I dont think anyone would be able to play it perfectly with a higher speed.

I don't think this is Seong-jin, compare Traum's performance of Ravel's La Valse and Seong-jin's, very different in some parts.

That's actually easy. The most difficult in my opinion are Op.10 #2 and Op. 25 #8, no wonder I have large hands... I can approach even the thirds Étude for them, I tell ya.

Intermediate, but easy. That's what I think of it...coz I didn't take that long to learn the piece...and of course difficulty is subjective, many have their own opinions....

Youre really a unique pianist traum and I appreciate you performing pieces for us and even taking requests from us usually people pay for that type of thing at concerts but we enjoy the luxury of having it free in our own homes. Thank you for giving us great interpretations of the greatest pieces all these months!
