That van he was confused about is a blown up version of a minicon in TF Armad. It was 1/3rd of the shield counterpart to the Star Saber... If I remember correctly.
This was special for me as I actually own that train bot and proudly display him with my real Transformers. I also bought a blue version of that red angel thing a few Auto Assemblies ago. I didn't keep him, which is a shame cause I would have sent him your way.
That giant van-bot is the ginormo-sized Mini-Con Dirt Boss, the Formula-1 race car is Mirage, and the gray race car is Downshift from the ARMADA series. They are the Race Mini-Con team and combine into the Mini-Con weapon: Skyboom Shield. Dirt Boss forms the middle/grip, Downshift's the rear, and Mirage is the tip.

Ah so happy to see that train mo-fo! I bought one off Amazon and absolutely love it as much as my regular transformers. Mine has a sticker that says "Arrow" on the side so that's what I've been calling it!

The minicons should combine into an upsized Skyboom Shield.
That motorcycle is a maisto cycon, i reviewed one some time ago. Not great, the engineering is pre-movie 1, but they function as a proper toy.
You can never stop looking back on the Revenge of the Fallen toy line. Definitely one of the best.
