Those birds are called Scrub Turkeys! They are everywhere in North QLD. You'll see more of them in Cairns if you go into the rainforest.

This is a very good video. Any, each and every minute spend following you Guys is wonderful. I personally really enjoy vlogs the co-star your parents and siblings; those make me happy. fun fact: one day in about 1985, a friend and I were hunting here in Colleton County South Carolina, and were walking through a large field of Sunflowers. As it was getting late in the evening and was getting dark, I noticed things flying around us. I thought they were Dragon flies bussing around us. They were, in fact, hundreds of Hummingbirds swarming the field. It was one of the most beautiful natural things I have ever seen.

My dream is to find a full sunflower field!!! They are honestly my favourite flower, and my mom gets me a bunch every time I arrive back from my travels. X

They are seriously so beautiful! The farmer plants them there every year for locals and tourists before he puts is sugar cane down!

New cameras are fun! We kinda have the same issue; we only have one camera that we share. It's just not very practical cause we both have different eyes. Haven't bought a second one yet cause well, we have such small channels and not sure if it's worth the investment.

Loved this video and cant wait for what is coming💙💙💙 in 2016 december we also did a road trip from cairns to airlie beach (whitsundays) and then flew from townsville to brisbane and did a road trip to sydney. Loved it so much💙 airlie was my favvvvv! Love from South africa🇿🇦

"Mackers", I like that name for McDonalds, better than what I call it..."Rotten Ronnie's" lol Also, that "Giant Mango" was sooo cool haha When you visit Canada (Ontario) again, have to go 1.5hours east of Toronto and get a picture at the "Big Apple" :P

haha it's more of a "Maccas" not with the "ers" sound at the end! Rotten Ronnies oh wow haven't heard that one before! haha yes we have a few giant fruit and veggies across Australia!
Ah okay, I just sounded it out aloud and makes more sense that way and yes, everytime someone brings McDonalds into our office we say that name lol Oh how cool! Its amazing these places around the world have made these cool enlarged statues to what they grow or have in the area. There's a giant Canada Goose in Wawa, Ontario made in the 1970s lol Also, your dad is going to make Flying the Nest clock? I have a great idea if needed :)

Too funny, I just got a new camera. I have been wanting it for a long time, but didn't want to spend the big bux... However, one day a couple of weeks ago I walked into Best Buy just to look and dream. And I had a huge tax return... And I walked out with the most expensive camera I ever bought! And I love it, even though I haven't used it yet (other than just test it).
Ahhh its always exciting getting new gear! What did you end up picking up??
The G7X. I have been looking at it for a long time. I also wanted something smaller for filming (and to carry around more easily). For photography I will still use my big Rebel T5.
Oh yep G7X is great we were using that before!
What film protect did you do?
