playing this now just finished the ghost ship quest, after saying to the red bag woman that ferryman died, i waited for the ferryman to surprise me just like the red bag woman did in their earlier quest, but it seems he is really dead for real.
oh btw i actually got this cutscene like a few days ago !! i think it happens if you actually kill the boss in time ?? bc i didnt get it the first time but then i did the second or third time when i actually killed it in time ????
I think you just need to notice the letter thsts on the desk in one of the rooms before the boss fight. I got it and I didn't beat her in a fast time. I'm pretty sure I even triggered a different phase by stopping her powerful attack in the same run

this is in the game, you need to be strong enough to defeat Louise and you will see this cutscene
@@nervauz4518 It's not, the in game cutscene stops at 1:22 the bit after that is what's not in the game
