@@burdenedsappo Yeah, the Nier/Drakengard series has a lot of side content often only found in books or stage plays. This was initially one of them. Similarly, the truth of the 13 Grimoires (only 3 by the game), what Rebrum the red book was to Weiss before he lost his memory due to Nier, the Legion led by the Red Eye (only minorly brought up in the game mostly through loading screens) and even brother Nier being forced into prostitution a year before the game being largely why he's averse to flirting, why he ties his hair, and why he can easily kill or attack a human as easily as a shade are other such examples. She very likely just halted her regenerative ability and let the sun slowly burn her away seeing that she had no reason to live anymore after the postman didnt accept who Louise truly was.

What a twist , the one wants to be human, is actually already human. While the one looks like human, is not human
So does the entire game I think.
I don’t get it I keep dying at the attack 12:35 what am I doing wrong
It's unevitable
@@diobrando2031 I know but for me the screen says "Game over" and I have to do it again. It doesn't go to cut scene
@@Freshone48 weird, in the first playthrough you're forced to get hit by the attack. a cutscene follows shortly after getting blasted. though it is possible to defeat her before she attacks you.
@@Freshone48 Yeah same here I don't know if it's bugged or wtf is going on..
@@morior I had to stop playing cuz it starting to get me mad.
Yup, FFXIV New free trial promotion at 4:50
3:20 is Nier referencing Final Fantasy Main theme here?!
If you listen to the ost here and then look up ff14's ishgard ost you'll notice that they're almost the same
@@iPoopyArrow yea I heard the part from Alex Moukala’s vod :D
Is that a brand new soundtrack?

Just don't let her know NieR:Replicant lmao
Is there a way to kill this boss before the red bag kid intervenes? Hmm…
This is taking Morbel to a whole new lv..
Can someone tell me what the ost song in 14.43 clip?
Simone boss fight flashbacks...
that ost in the very end is wayy tooo good i need the full veer
I respect that they were able to adapt a Grimoire Nier story into the game but this whole chapter honestly feels like padding and isn't as emotionally resonant as anything that was already in the game for me. Doesn't make me cry like the robot and the wolf do. I will say if they ever add father Nier to the remake, it might be interesting to rewrite some of this chapter to have him relate with the postman as a man who wants to care for a daughter.
at least girl cute
More content so who cares
@@anomitas More content doesn’t mean good content. It also makes replaying for B, C&D endings take longer than it did in the original
@@youngkappakhan you can rush the game pretty quickly and i enjoyed that part so i like to replay it.
This chapter is my favourite additional to the game - I feel like it would fit better outside of the main story, but the ABC story arc wouldn't work if it weren't a main quest
This part dragged on can see why it was cut originally
I liked this part!!
Kaine is explicit af.. love her(?) more...
Well she identifies as female so....yeah I think we're on the right track.
She IS a woman. It's just that the shade that is inshide her is a guy so she has a shade pp
@@lBorosDavidl Oh my god no, Kaine was born like that. She was literally bullied and hated for it well before Tyrann possessed her. Why does this comment have 3 likes?!
@@ElectricBarrier Yeah, this is correct. Kaine was born intersex long before Tyrann possessed her. I think her gestalt was actually female, but her replicant somewhere along the line had an error.
@@SMNtheNight her gestalt was born female but her Replicant is intersex
Anyone have the link to just the ost of this boss fight? Can’t find it.
Just look for Fleeting Worlds Outsider. Family is the softer version.
guys, louise looks like the red girls
Whats the song at the ending?
What is this song at the end called? Need to know!!
It's called "Fleeting Words / Family"
can someone explain me the story and why she didn't attack the postman?
She was a Shade attempting to be human/Replicant. The reason why she wanted to be one was because she wanted to be with the postman, who was the only one who had ever treated her with kindness. Unfortunately, she didn’t know about possession, so she thought that eating corpses would make her “human”.
@@liansmith4038, yikes. Now I know the inspiration behind Simone Beauvoir from Automata.
Are there any other bosses beside this one that aren't in the main story ? And how do i unlock this one ?
What do you mean "main story"? She's in the main story...
What’s the name of the song during this fight?

Hi, First comment ❤️✌️.
This boss fight sucks.
Its litteraly the worst boss in the game. Should have left it out or actually made it fun.
Even the fucking Bore Boss wasnt as awful as this piece of trash.
Shows you what happend when you try to force your stupid OCs in an already good story.
The entire bonus episode felt like unimportant filler.
Very disapointed.
no ones uploaded the ost for this fight (or if they did it got nuked by SE) so im constantly coming back to this video just to listen to the music again 🥲
Someone already uploaded the entire soundtrack and it got nuked.
@@youngkappakhan yeah sucks D: SE aint havin it
