Pacquiao is a good example of someone who is consistent and active with their body. Look at the other boxers from his era that has retired and are the same age. Make them stand side by side and ask a random person with 0 knowledge to guess their age. I am confident 100% of those people will guess Pacquiao's age as someone who is still in his early or mid thirties.

Most street rights last only a couple seconds. A lot ends after 1 or 2 punches. Manny would knock anyone of those guys out before they could even begin to punch. Just any little movement of their elbows or shoulders and their next conscious moment would be in the hospital.
