    1) Quick oats-1 cup(250 ml)
    2)Besan/Gram flour -2 tbsp
    3) Semolina/Suji-2 tbsp
    4) Chopped onions-1/2
    5) Chopped tomato-1/2
    6) Chopped green chilli -1
    7) Coriander leaves -few
    8) Kashmiri red chilli powder -1/4 tsp
    9) Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
    10) Cumin powder -1/4 tsp
    11) Salt to taste
    12) Water
    13) Oil -Few drops
