Steelhead are running up river constantly if all of a sudden they bump into the spinner while running against the current there’s a possibility they will bite.
@@shaunlehman9158there is no wrong way to fish a spinner my guy. Casting against the current allows the spinner blade to resist and also move slower which provokes more bites. Also gets lower in the water column
That river has been screwed up ever from day one when they opened it up to the hatchery. Bunch of combat rookey bobber fisherman cant even drift fish right just bobber flossing used to fish from the old deadline at the bridge down 1/2 mile have my 2 fish and go home its posed now because of all the inconsiderate people trashing it
Yall are so stupid for camping in vehicles to get the alsea hatch hole. Leave the spots for old men and young kids. Yall are ruining that spot for anyone else
im an old man, who cares if they camped out. i live east of salem and have camped to get the morning bite. looks like they had fun, i think that is what its all about. sometimes its best to just keep your comments to yourself. keep camping and tight lines.
