    Distress deals have already started, wait for 2 years more and there will be flood of distress deals. Its better to hold the decision as of now. Also both these projects will not be sold out for next 1 year, sure they will put up a board but broker aapke liye unit nikal hi lenge jaise godrej 49 aur signature 37d me nikal dete hai

      @@Homegram_co_in godrej 103...around 150 meter there is a high extension tower.. although it ll cover after the construction but flat with exterior view will always need to see that.

    Overpriced for 71 location....many units will be available in desperate resale on near superstructure demand...may be less than book price....Why so hurry ?
    Only go for SG71 booking, if you think it will touch 20-22k near superstructure, otherwise buying in resale is better strategy now a days.....correct me if i am wrong gurav ji

    Sare builder apne aap ko DLF samaj rahe h....Hahaha..Apple ka phone apple ka h...baki Phone alag hote h...dono ki rate me bhut difference hota h...SPR road, halat kharab ho jati h ofc time me SPR road se cpr aane me...sector 76 ke yaha 25 min tak red light clear nahi hoti

    Time has come to Boycott this channel as he is one of them who is promoting the irrelevant prices being quoted by builders. Check his latest post where he is promoting and supporting the irrelevant property prices in Gurgaon. We should raise our voices against such dealers or so called property consultants cv to save the middle class of Gurgaon. Time is now so BOYCOTT HIM.
