It’s lovely and the fine lines add a lot I think.
I started out oil painting during the pandemic. Forward thru attempts at acrylics, line and wash’s, inks( fun) and watercolors. After 8hrs of oil painting a 1/2 avocado on a 5x5 canvas I searched for something “loose”. Loose oils, acrylics, line and wash’s and inks, I realized how fun being a loose artist can be! I discovered loose water color, bumping paints and joy. Thank you

I love it. FYI if you go to a beauty supply like Sally's you can buy a color key. A color key slips on the tube of color and rolls the tube to get out all the color.
I’ll have to remember that…you also just reminded me I need to buy my hair color! Guess I’ll be at Sally’s tomorrow 😂 🤗

I love my Mijello paints too. I've got the 7ml 36 set that comes with a palette and the 24 Pure Pigment set that I love and adore. In fact I made the PP my main palette with a few DS, M Graham, and Schmincke thrown in, either as favorites or to fill the holes in the Pure Pigment set. LOVE!!!

I try to invest in at least medium grade quality brushes so they last, like Princeton 4050 series...I noticed you are in Naples, I just moved from Sarasota! newbie to your channel. Notice you use a lot of paper towel under your painting. Don't know if it's cheaper, but I use puppy pads. It soaks up more than the paper towel, and keeps my table dry. No paint stains on my table. Just saying. Love your videos.
I have a plastic table cloth down, then a drop cloth and to make it look not so ugly I put paper towel down. I make a huge mess when I paint.

Most of my art here on RUclips is on a half sheet. Outside of filming a do paint on full sheets. I’m also tempted to do a huge one on a long run of paper that i have in a bolt of paper…that will be a blast! I just have to do it! Thanks for tuning in.
