The 2024 Belmont Stakes at Saratoga - Dornoch - 6/8/24

The 2024 Belmont Stakes at Saratoga goes to Dornoch. The winner is trained by Larry Gargan and ridden by Luis Saez. Dornoch went off at 17-1 odds. The mile and 1/4 race was won in 2:01.64. Mindframe and jockey Irad Ortiz finished second. The race was called by Saratoga Race Track announcer Frank Mirahmadi.

It's amazing how Ortiz Jr. can take out horses at the beginning of races...took out Sierra Leone and then Bill Mott's Favorite in one of the undercard stakes races.....The Stewards in New York are either afraid or incompetent....
