Eggplant - 700 g
3 Bulgarian pepper
Tomatoes - 500 g
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
Chili pepper 1/2
Salt - 3.5 tablespoons
Olive oil - 40 ml
Paprika - 1 tsp
Basil - 1 tsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Coriander - 1 tsp
Coriander - 100 g
sugar 2 tsp.

RECIPES AND INGREDIENTS:
2 zucchini.
Hello!
1 eggplant.
2 peppers.
Cherry tomatoes 200 gr.
1 carrot.
2 medium onions.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Smoked Peppers.
Italian herbs.
Olive oil.
Yoghurt 150 gr.
2 cloves of garlic.
Mix well.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35 minutes.
Cheese 150 - 200 gr.
Bake in the oven for another 5 minutes.

На летних каникулах, оставаясь одни дома, мы готовили это овощное рагу (мне было лет 10,еще 2 братика и сестра).Керогаз устанавливали на улице, под тентом, приносили овощи с огорода и готовили себе обед. В Крыму, этот рецепт популярен. В жару ничего другого и не хочется. Спасибо, что навеяли воспоминания.Баклажаны, перец, помидоры, это еда моего детства.

Я делаю это блюдо немного иначе Вначале все овощи( баклажаны,перец,морковь,лук,помидоры запекаю в духовке или на гриле,а затем тушу в сотейнике. Летом в жару достанешь баночку холодного и с черным хлебушком.

Ооо, мы жили в таком же номере, на третьем этаже. Мы заехали 19.07.2022году. Все понравилось!!! Персонал хороший, отзывчивый. Подружились с горничной, Сехер. Очень жалею, что не взяла у нее контакты... Еда вкусная. Официанты приветливые. Правда на море, так и не пошли, с нами были детки... Плавали в открытом бассейне... Была жара, можно сказать, ономальная, солнце пекло!!! Нас предупреждали, чтобы находились под солнцем до 12-13часов. Но, мы остались довольны!!!
