Won't be long. My son and I staked our 4 miles of trail for our club (Northern Erie Sno Seekers), still have some farmers with corn they haven't cut, but we knocked out 3 miles. Last year we opened for 24 hours, then closed the rest of the year. Better get to ride here this year!
@@CraigArndt Same thing happened with my trail system last season as well. We still went to Tug Hill that day. March 11th. Hopefully you did some traveling with the trailer and sleds to get some riding in. I ended doing about 1500 miles last season including my trip to Maine. Hopefully the weather is better this season but I won't hold my breath. 🤞
Like how you put in the part numbers. I have a red craftsman ready to be worked on. But may need to get that carb. I'm pretty sure it's a must do. It ran rough the last time I started it.
I'm trying to add the part numbers more often, thanks for letting me know you appreciated it. If you buy a carb off ebay or amazon, buy one that is moderately priced. The cheapest ones I've found are the most sensitive to adjustments and you can wind up chasing them 1/2 day to get them tuned. Happy Thanksgiving.
@CraigArndt thanks for all the little tips and tricks. Did you make a video on Ford radio? Seems I saw one somewhere. But hey, I have a Ford Fusion that needs one, too. Anyway, enjoy your holiday and thanks again.
@michaelfarris2556 Not yet, haven’t found a radio for her truck, leaning towards the Boss double din. I’ll video that when I put one in, was looking all week, think I’m close to buying one.
Greatly appreciate your video here. I just acquired this exact model and the manufacturers sticker was gone so i had no idea what the model was to look up a manual. I found it thanks to your video. Thanks!
It's snowblower season here too. I been getting a lot of them to work on. The most recent one is a complete basket case. I should do a video on it. Probably do a leak down test. I suspect the exhaust valve is not seated.
I have the same craftsman same engine but 28’ auger housing. I’ve had it for about 22yrs now. I’ve done some custom upgrades. I added LED light bar with a bridge rectifier on a separate toggle switch. I just added motorcycle heated hand pads as this model was never available with heated grips bc of the shape of the handlebars. These will work bc heating elements doesn’t matter if it’s AC or DC voltage. Although I had to disconnect my stock HALOGEN bulb to save amps. I don’t wanna blow my Stader!
No, it wasn't a waste of money at all. You'd spend more time pissing around with a corroded carburetor to what save $10 bucks? Do a youtube video and show us, we'd love to see your skills at work.
Nice job Craig. The snow will be here before we know it. Can't wait!!

Nice work Craig, those snow blowers are ready and waiting for the next heavy snow.
You got that right! Happy Thanksgiving!

You should do a video, probably all learn something from it. Happy Thanksgiving.

I wish I could post pictures here of the installation
I could’ve had that all cleaned out and running waste of money on another carburetor

I always look forward for your videos. I miss the WH video show, maybe you can do a WH video? Thanks for all you do Craig.
Yes will do, have to put the blade on soon and take the deck off so I'll have something on the 520H soon.
