Diesel is a digger, he really can move more dirt than a Wheel Horse and in half the time. haha!

I think that one of those Horrible Freight’s tow behind backhoes would fit nicely behind the Horse! A great addition to the channel!

Crazy that you only have 300 views after 3 days with 10 THOUSANDS SUBSCRIBERS!?? What the heck is going on with youtube?
Try Looking for rub marks on the intake manifold. I JUST had the same problem and found that my exhaust shield was rubbing on the side of the intake manifold. A lot of people say that they end up developing leaks over time and need to be split and resealed. But I just cut a 1/4" x 3/8" section of the heat shield out that was right there and then filled the rub mark with Permatex 1 minute gasket maker and it's been good since.
Also, my starter ring gear on the flywheel and the starter pinion weren't meshing well from day one. Well it's been missing late and finally gave out yesterday. All I had to do was pull the starter and put 2 washers between the starter mount holes and the engine mount holes and it moved it much closer with still good clearance and it fixed and sounds WAY Better now when it starts. It Doesn't have that metallic grinding sound anymore.

I’m getting comments on videos I did six, seven years ago and hardly anything on current videos. It’s maddening. I had the intake off thinking one of those chrome looking gaskets failed, but it was good. This surging all started when I put a new fuel filter on last year or soon after that. Maybe I dislodged some dirt, but I tore that carb down and cleaned it good. Hearing that surging makes me so angry LOL. Oh I need to check my starter ring gear as well, I noticed my flywheel had some outer teeth wear when I fixed my stator that was loose. I may need to add a couple washers, must be a thing with these engines. Have a good weekend Andrew.

@CraigArndt That surging comes up on Redsquare occasionally too. All of our machines are older and I don't have any Onan at all but I know there's occasional comments on there.... They might be able to help you out.

Craig, periwinkle and English ivy are the two hardest plants to get rid of. The wheel horse did a good job.

You aren’t kidding, super deep roots that are like wire. Pretty flowers but didn’t choke out the weeds like pachysandra does. Thanks for checking it out!

Had that same problem on my 420-lse years ago. Don't remember what caused it or how we fixed it lol. I just remember occasionally wiggling the fuel line until it would eventually stop.

It’s driving me nuts! Fact that it stops on its own sometimes it may be an air leak. It all started when I changed my fuel filter. Now I’m wondering if that fuel filter is too restrictive.🤷

@@CraigArndt I think it was something to do with the mechanical fuel metering system on those old kohler magnum 20's. been a long time since I've messed with it so I'm not too keen on how it works. The Onan's might have something similar.
