How to Design Your Own Custom Stickers - Photoshop Tutorial

In this sticker design Photoshop tutorial, you will learn How to design your own cartoon sticker from any photo using Photoshop.
I use here a similar technique to my previous video "How to Turn Photos into Cartoon Effect - Photoshop Tutorial", I just added some steps here, and made the final result smoother with an oil paint effect touch.
