- LT Leslie Downing offers a broad overview of the College Student Pre-Commissioning Initiative (CSPI) scholarship program. CSPI provides college sophomores and juniors with valuable leadership, management, law enforcement, navigation and marine science skills and training.
Can I apply to CSPI for a second bachelors? I currently hold a B.A. from UCLA in Comparative Literature, but would like to apply(transfer) for an applicable second bachelors.
Can I apply for IPAP while serving as an officer? Or would I be allowed to attend a civilian physician assistant school?

It is sad that my beloved Coast Guard has resorted to making race a primary factor in recruiting.
The sad thing about the coast guard is their ditching of their class a uniform with the Donald Duck cover. The coasties liked it and when they changed their uniform to that light blue postal worker crap, they hated it. The Donald Duck hat was what set Coasties up as a breed apart.
They are just leveling the playing field. Nothing is wrong with a bit of diversity.
@@jajones06 there is actually. If you are recruiting based on race and not character, you have a huge issue.
@bernardberben4852 It is not race, but if the school is an MSI, it does matter what race the applicat is personally.
So, as a white man. I can't get into this program, because why? So i just have to do it the hard way? No scolarships?
