- On Sunday afternoon, a deputy in the area of SR 415 and Howland Boulevard initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle with expired registration.
The driver (later identified as 25-year-old Timothy Breedlove of Altamonte Springs) sped up and began weaving through traffic, heading north on SR 415 to SR 44 to I-4.
After about 38 miles and a stop stick hit, which eventually caused both passenger side tires to come off the rims, Breedlove finally pulled over in Sanford, where he was taken into custody.
Two young children were in the back seat during the incident. They were upset but not injured. Their mother, who was in the passenger seat, told deputies she asked Breedlove to stop and think about the children's safety.
Breedlove was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement, 2 counts of aggravated child abuse, 3 counts of false imprisonment, and driving with a suspended license. He was also issued citations for fleeing, running a red light, expired vehicle registration and driving on a suspended license.

I wouldn't be surprised if the mother's rap sheet is as long as the suspect.
It's shameful the way those people act. So bad for our society.
Who is those people? You do realize, on these same news pages you spend your life obsessing over and commenting on rather than getting some money to fund you and your kid's broke ass life or actually doing something productive in society, these same officers you praise and commend are also the ones raping, mishandling and harming citizens, ESPECIALLY young black males, a few stories under. But you surely aren't commenting under those, are you? When is the last time you even gave back to the society? When is the last time you donated to a church or school? When is the last time you volunteered at the hospital? I'll wait for your response 'good citizen'... Timothy donates to our church on a frequent basis. Timothy is the person all of his friends/family call on when in need of help whether it be financial, emotional, physical. Timothy is the family member that puts a smile on everyone's face when he walks in the room. Timothy spends every free moment of his time helping with our kids, taking us out or picking up side jobs to provide for his family. You don't know what or who you're speaking on. Keep my family out your mouth or you will be handled accordingly.
It looks like he wasn't afraid of consequences for fleeing. I wonder why.
