I can't pick up trapped animals at all. When you target the Small Macaw in your trap, the E action says: Hunting. But when I play it says: Release. Do you have any guess why it doesn't say Hunting for me?
i cat place turkey coop if i try to place it in foundation says is floating and cannot be placed there or in the ground says Building: Collision Detected. Unable to build here. you know any reason ? i searched but i cant find anything

An article that just introduced me to this game dubbed it"Far cry primal meets assassin's creed", and one of the biggest selling points for Primal was taming the giant predators to fight alongside you lol. If not, then idk what they were talking about. Clickcentive I guess

I made a medium size trap, placed it down and put bait in it.
A capybara walked in and walked right out.😅
The trap door is still closed.

was probably an adult capybara, they aren't catchable, needs to be a baby

Some traps close and will not reset, they keep closing when placed. Even after placing food in them.
you have to repair it for it to open again

Don't think you can breed the alpaca only can capture them i believe
how to hold alpacas? cant hold them in capyara pen because they dont eat
It's a bug at the moment can't place them down
There is no pen for alpaca O.o Barbarian camp already have baby captured you can steal it.. But I have no idea where to put it.
Turns out a simple pen with water & feed enough there is no specific pen for mounts :)

You needed a bucket in thr past not sure if it's still the same.
You can use a water container now. Hold it in hand and left click at the trough.
The capi come inside but the cage don’t close why ?

it's a 3x3 foundation you need to place it, that's what worked for me anyways

you can have jaguars and panthers, but you have to capture them.
Animals are for riding only. They don't fight. My jaguar running away from boars and marmots, lmao 🤣

How do you tell a npc to maintain it?
I just set the npc to look after barns the same way you do for farms and crafting.

You need a filled water tank. With it highlighted in your hot bar, look at the water trough and left click.
