Hartlepool Level Crossing

A freight train trundles southwards and then, from the other side, the 14.18 Nunthorpe to Hexham (16.40) train complains as it takes the tight right angle bend before Hartlepool station. 92,000 people live here and about 850 a day use the station. With 42 trains a day that is 20 people per train. At the end there is a brief view of the sea and wind turbines.
