It'd be really cool if, instead of just shrinking down objects, there's a slider thing you can use to resize build items however you want so they can fit what you're imagining.

Maybe it might work with current sims 4 but a part of me feels like they already tried it and it didn’t work so they got rid of it. I think something like being able to at least choose swatches would be more workable. Like how you can choose different wood tones/metal color. In i want to say the sims 2
This is the first speed built I watched since the peranormal pack came out (just didn't get to chance) and when you said, so carelessly "or put bunk beds or something" my heart exploded, I can't believe we have it.
would you mind doing first person walking tour for your builds in the future? Cause they’re all SOO beautiful especially this one!! It’ll add into the experience considering the fact that not most of us have all the packs:/
No it isn’t just you. I don’t use platforms very often, I forget about them because they stress me out and I struggle to enjoy using them with the walls going all the time
I feel like it's easier to use the arrows (next to where you change the wall height) than using the platform tool (like placing a room or balcony, idk if you know what I mean) because then the walls won't disappear. So you just put a wall where you want the platform to go up, then use the arrows to adjust the height and delete the wall again afterwards. Hope this helps. ☺️
Dawn, I'm just gonna say that even though you don't really do these types of more modern builds often but whenever you do it, it looks amazing! I always find it more interesting to watch these more quirky unique kind of builds than typical suburban houses. Either way, i also find the eco lifestyle pack so underrated, those build/buy items are so pretty! I love how unique the exterior shape of this house is and i love how even though the interior is so open but it still manages to look warm and cosy 👍
What I especially love about this house is that it looks so livable, realistic and playable. You use clutter, but still it's not too cluttered. Well done.

I always enjoy your builds. However, I think this is my favorite of your builds because while it’s cluttered, it’s not overwhelming. I’ve noticed in gameplay builds with a lot of clutter will glitch more often than not. Plus, I just love eco loving builds.
I love this new style you try! It actually fits my taste more. I love love your builds altho I rarely use traditional looking houses. Im soo gonna use this one for my gameplay 😆 your builds made me buy more expansion packs because I want to enjoy your lovely design fully! I had a lot of fun the first game play I did with Eco Lifestyle, so I decided to another game play of it. This home looks like the dream home for my Sim couple when they're finally rich and settled. They barely have a house right now LOL.
I love the bubble blower room!! It's such an interesting object that seems hard to fit in but you made it fit perfectly!! Gorgeous as always... Eco Lifestyle may be my next buy!
You CAN have natural pools! They look like fancy ponds and use plants and insect life to clean the water. So yes, there will be bugs, but a well balanced natural pool is self-sustaining and green. It will also provide a haven for wildlife and gives a huge boost to the area in which it's built! (Kinda like how clover lawns help bees)
I LOVE this build. I always love when you build modern homes! They always look so perfect and I'd love to see more! I can't wait to see more updates to your save file 😊 (and I would love to see you update some of the homes you've already built for this world!)
My friend plays the sims 4 on console and she has had the game for 3 years now. She has 5 packs and 1 kit pack. She has snowy escape, country kitchen, tiny living, cats and dogs, seasons, and nifty knitting. For her birthday last year, she got the tiny living stuff pack. Her birthday is on February 7th and this year she got the country kitchen kit and also snowy escape. She also got the super smash bros game and a Nintendo switch with animal crossing on it. She also got 3 comic books and a coffee mug with the pansexual flag on it. I remember all of this because I was at her house (distanced with masks) when she opened her gifts.
it’s so frustrating that every time I put a platform into a house, it cancel the walls 🙈😂 I guess is a game problems not ours. I also hope that they’ll gonna fix it in an update. But anyway I’m still glad they exist 😂 Btw, this house is freakin cute! I love the exterior design! 😍❤️

Love this one! I really like this world too! You mentioned your save file ...any idea when version 2 will be released?? I also love the idea of you updating the more industrial homes so it's like a renovation for them once the world gets cleaned up!
Just downloaded and used this build! I absolutely love it. The only thing I have an issue with is that the sims can't access the solar panels on the roof to clean them and get them working again :(
I'm surprised you didn't use the kids bed from parenthood that has a pink/purple comforter and planets all over it for the scientist sim! I just did an entire kids room in black/pink/purple with planets and space themed objects everywhere! There's also really good space prints in debug- you'd have to venture out of your muted neutrals to do a more authentic space/science themed room ^-^

Platforms are frustrating, they often work ok if you have the floorplan done and then just change the height of rooms and remove walls, but as soon as you add a new room they decide they want to be taller than their friends and delete all windows etc. But that and the stairs fix seem to be a long time coming.

A size slider would be incredibly hard as they would have to make an animation to fit every possible size with the slider.

Actually, most people only have half or less of the packs.

The solar panals you put on the roof in this build will not work like that unless you put a way for sims to get to them to clean them and repair them.

Try visiting a lot with a platform. You can see into the void from the platform lol
