Don't waste lemons in ice cubes, just put a little bit of yogurt in the disposal! It's better for the septic, due to "active bacteria." Bleach in your refrigerator? You think bleach fumes on my food is a "great idea?" I think not! Tape on loose labels? Just take the label off! If it is sticky, and parts of the label won't come off, simply use hand sanitizer to rub off the residual!
I honestly couldn't believe she said leave bleach in the refrigerator for an hour, I instantly thought that can't be a good idea. Shocked they'd air that
Exactly!!! It will transfer into porous food not in glass containers- this is extremely dangerous & so stupid to air -- especially when kids/teens have access to RUclips. Kids who like to “surprise “ their parents by cleaning & doing these hacks can easily make the family so sick🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ The chemical/ odor will transfer into food
All of these DIY hacks I’ve known about, except the bleach in a fridge to deodorize (not sure how I feel about that particular DIY) and the Alka-Seltzer tablets for tough stains. Definitely going to try the Alka-Seltzer DIY on any glass and plastic food containers that have tough stains on them. Hopefully it works. 😂
"Most appliance manufacturers urge against the use of bleach for cleaning the fridge, as it can harm the materials of the fridge interior and can be a safety risk if transferred to food,” she says.
I actually *love* home hacks. Am I weird? BTW, it's *even easier* to simply toss your used lemon rinds into the garage disposal and it STILL works like a charm. 😉
Well the strainer idea only works if your strainer is the same size as the pan. Never bleach in the fridge. Everything would smell of it. Baking soda in the fridge had always worked. Baking soda and vinegar works on the drains.
Thank you. I was about to make a comment about it. Bleach is a chemical and you putting it inside the fridge even for a few minutes is very dangerous. Not everyone can tolerate the smell of bleach and especially if you have kids at home.
I respect to everyone who were involved in this, Seriously the best piece that I' ve ever seen on RUclips, HATS OFF TO WELL ALL ! LOVE YOUR VIDEOS!! 💖❤😒😊💖

People need to realize they need to clean around the rubber lip on the inside of the disposal. It gets caked up there so this lemon trick wont actually do anything.
I don't care about anything else. But please everyone. Think twice about putting a toxic chemical in with your food. ESPECIALLY if you have any young ones or those who may not know better.
This is old hacks lol c'mon nothing new. Guess what..... cheap bath bombs clean your toilets with an amazing fragrance! It's not rocket science at this point. $1.25 bath bomb from Dollar tree refreshes your bathroom & cleans your toilet, unless you're a piglet & never scrub your toilet lol (jk on the piglet comment)
I always put the pasta/spaghetti in a strainer, which always leaves those leftover bits and makes an annoying cleaning job. That’s one I definitely have to try.
"Little bit" "some" etc. those aren't measurements genius. A little bit could mean an ounce or a cup or a litre. I always ignore recipes or instructions that aren't clear.

IKR? What about the fumes?

GRATE ideas
For labels, I just have the dishware soaking in some water with soap and a little rubbing gets it off.
Cooolll

She’s the expert queen 👸 lol

We have a deep dish strainer that you hang over the sink and dump your spaghetti 🍝 right into it and don’t lose anything.
great?
That is high tech garbage; if only it were from Japan.
Um, your supposed to save some pasta water
LOL BLEACH in the fridge. TEMME YOU AREN'T A CHEMISTRY MAJOR WITHOUT TELLING ME YOU ARENT A CHEM MAJOR !!!
And tell me where I can get some of that bleach to drink!
the spaghetti water isn't hot anymore
Lol 😂. Inside Edition, ya’ll play too much.
The label thing is misleading it only comes out when the cup is brand new obviously, once u wash it with the label it’s hard to get off
You can use lemon juice instead of actual lemons.
Second
Blew my mind not so sure about the bleach in fridge that's very hazardous
Spaghetti gets stuck to the pot.
Why would you throw out your pasta water???
Who didn't know this besides the tape thing that doesn't work.
