So I have a couple of questions: I am I lvl 20 furnace started playing for 15 days, so I am first generation hero and a F2p. So may questions are : 1. Am I doing good or bad as f2p in terms of progress? 2. In the lucky wheel for Gen 1, only zenman is available. Should I buy his shard using the lucky wheel or save up gems and wait for Gen 2 Lucky Wheel ? 3. For vip, should I use gems to level it up or just use the alliance shop and the daily vip free points? I am already vip 4 4. Can I obtain and upgrade Natalie and Jeronimo as f2p in the later Gen, or the only way to get them is by buying them ?
@@shl9322 Hi! Sure, happy to answer your questions: 1. Sounds fine to me, you can get to F17 in a week but from that time onwards, the construction time just takes a lot longer due to the exponential increase in construction time. Just to make sure you are queuing your buildings strategically by checking what buildings you need to upgrade your furnace next (I.e. Infantry, marksman, lancer or research centre), so your furnace upgrade is not blocked. 2. My advise is save for Gen 2 Flint but if you really want Zinman, then at most 2 stars Zinman, even 3 stars is too much. You can get Zinman to 2 stars by doing 35 spins on Lucky Wheel, which actually gives the lowest gems per shard (only tiny bit better than 120 spins). 3. Don’t use gems to buy VIP points once you hit VIP 4. 4. Natalia and Jeronimo are the two heroes that F2P can never get. Hall of Chief is impossible to get top 10 for F2P because you simply don’t have enough. I am also pretty sure these two heroes are never going to be power crept, which means they will always be the strongest offensive rally heroes even at Gen 50. Because WOS knows what they are doing in terms of marketing, making them the only two offensive infantry heroes in the game so people will buy them. You’re doing a good job!
I need a bit more info, do you mean you never have enough fortnightly for 70 spins? And you should not use your gems for more than 120 spins on the lucky wheel each time it comes around, because more than half of the value comes from the (70 or 120) milestone rewards.
1st: In Gen 2, I wasn’t fully aware of the benefits of the Lucky Wheel, so I didn’t use it much, and now my Flint is only 3-star, Tier 2. 2nd: Now, in Gen 3, I’m using 70 spins with the goal of upgrading my hero’s skills to level 5, but I don't want to go beyond that. 3rd: Moving forward, I’d like to know in which generation the Lucky Wheel hero is the best-Gen 5 or Gen 7? My aim is to spend all my gems wisely to max out a hero that will give me long-term benefits. (Talking about only lucky wheel hero) (If you didn't understand let me know)
@@ImmortalOfficialYT Yep, sure! I think I should clarify an important conception about heroes. Heroes comes and go, so there is no 1 hero on Lucky Wheel that will not get power-crept (i.e. there is no real long term hero on lucky wheel), the only exceptions are Natalia and Jeronimo because they are the only infantry heroes with with ATK or Lethality bonus and it is likely going to stay that way because WOS is good at marketing. However, if you are referring to big power spikes, then Bradley Gen 7 sounds the best lucky wheel hero so far. With that said, Gen 5 Hector would be such a huge upgrade for your Flint, so don't under-invest Gen 5 Hector's Lucky Wheel. NOTE: I am just giving my speculation here and have not run numbers so you can get different opinions from people and opinions should always be taken as a grain of salt.
Thanks for your reply. Also I'm now in Gen 3, and I'm wondering if it's worth using my general shards on Flint. He's currently at 3 stars and Tier 2. I regret not upgrading him earlier, as I was aware of the lucky wheel but didn't use it that much. Or would it be better to use the shards on Greg instead?@@Sheepy_WOS
@@ImmortalOfficialYT No problem! I would defenitely advise not to use your general shards for previous generation's hero. If you need shards for previous generation's hero, then you can buy their shards from Hall of Hero, they will be sold at a discounted price. The Flint's shards will also be available from Intel soon after reaching Gen 4

Here is the tip from a person who played wos from beta almost for 2y.
Don't play wos
