I just had home grown carrots with hummus. I just gave the carrots a quick wash - a bit of soil bacteria is actually very good for your gut micro biome. Dont wash everything too much mothgirlwings - it makes for a more resilient immune system if you don't !
Chef Frankie Celenza, your creative recipes never cease to amaze me. Thanx for another delicious meal.

This happens weekly around here. Cooking with scraps!
wow that stir fry was so pretty! and I'm definitely gonna wait until the end to put my snap peas in the next time i make stir fry. Thank you, Frankie!
Looks great
YUM! and I haven't seen the video yet! LOL. Bet leftovers would be good left over and cold with some Asian dressing.....
Yes! And maybe add just a bit of fresh salad greens to take it over the top?
would be great and extra protein with quinoa
Don't forget to add any soy sauce (and wasabi) packets if you've left them over from takeout sushi!

I'm freaking out that he didn't wash those radishes.
Did you see him wash anything?
Maybe pre washed? These aren’t long videos so I’m pretty sure they don’t want to bore you showing veggie washing

Frankie knows is food safety don't worry
He didn't SHOW us that, but he does all the prep work like that before the video. Otherwise it would take too much video time.
