Do you do the following procedures:. Revision of hair line lowering? Increasing density and adding additional diameter to the natural hairline of one's: eyebrow, beard and mustache?
If you indeed perform these procedures, are they of additional cost secondary to the higher complexity?
Background information:. I had my beard line raised and forehead lowering and temporal lowering as well as correction of a Norwood 2 pattern via FUE in Istanbul in August of 2021, (I'll be 43 in September, and all doctors think my hairline is stable and I utilize minoxodil and finasteride, as well as adjuncts: nizoral shampoo 2% and a Lazer cap), my beard looks good, however the density of my new, lowered hairline is 1/4 of that on my native, hairline, and there are some small bald spots.

She is doing it independently, but under my supervision till such time she acquires her degrees.

Sir I asked MCI through RTI 1yr back that MBBS are eligible to do hair transplant or not under local anaesthesia. They said MBBS can do hysterectomy, caesserean section,normal delivery & other general surgical procedures.All are major surgeries but they didnt say anything about hair transplant surgery.I also asked about diplomate American board of restoration surgery exam which is recognised in India or not but MCI said they are silent on this issues.Association of hair restoration surgeons India is now allowing DIPLOMATE ABHRS doctors are eligible for membership & are authorised to do hair transplant in india.I will again ask NMC through RTI regarding this issues.NMC always takes side of ayush doctors.Lets see what happens next.

Hi doctor, can I start taking finasteride if I am overweight? I try to do cardio 3-4 times a week for an hour but I’m 15 kgs overweight. I am planning to start once I lose the weight so that I don’t get side effects. I am hoping to shed all the extra weight in 3-4 months but I’m worried that it will become too late and my hair loss will become worse. For context, I have diffused thinning and I’m 25 years old.
No finasteride if you're overweight , reduce weight and start and can get all the benefits
Remember, sudden and massive weight loss also causes increased shedding. What is your total testosterone level?
@@hairtransplantinindia I haven’t gotten my testosterone levels checked. I am sure I don’t have low testosterone as I regularly get morning wood and have a pretty good libido. Hopefully these are signs of a good testosterone level?

I started finasteride 0.5mg 6 months ago and before starting my T levels were 5.46 ng/ml and Now after taking fin 0.5mg for 6 months my T levels dropped to 4.2ng/ml. Is this normal? I am a 26 year old male. your input in this will greatly be appreciated. Thankyou.
They should not have. In fact the level rises by 15-20% with Finasteride. Must be some other factor. Get a consultation with a local andrologist/urologist.
