It depends on the department you're in. Some of the Aramark employees continue work on campus during the Holidays and Summer while the rest of us were automatically off during those times.
During the interview they ask me a series of questions and my responses and how I responded made them decide I'll be better suited dealing with customers directly rather in the back during the dishes. I can understand them coming to that decision, especially considering my extensive business background and me having a degree in marketing.

They may in other areas but not this particular location. My Aunt worked there for three years and never got a raise.
