Waterloo Spur Track Realignment - Columbia St

Relocating the Waterloo Spur, to make room for construction of the southbound track of the Waterloo LRT, ION. Freight traffic will switch to the new track, allowing this track to be dismantled, allowing construction of the northbound track.
The track relocation is literally a matter of clearing away the ballast on the ends of the ties, and dragging the track on to the new ballast.
