This must be the same line that goes through the downtown area, goes by the Spur Line Crossing plaza. I've seen a sign that the trail beside it is closed overnight for trains to go by during that time.
Correct, same line indeed that parallels the Spur line trail from Downtown Kitchener until Waterloo Public Square ruclips.net/video/wzwk6tMMpms/видео.html
I knew it would be😆, well worth a drive to Kitchener! Would love if I can eventually catch a fairway load also going up on this train W/ a 2 unit lashup but too bad their traffic has rather rapidly decreased the CN return
Northbound: approx 11:30pm-12:30am has to be your best bet. Occasionally it can be later than 1230 but almost never any later than 1am (*can’t enter shared LRT at Waterloo Public square a second before 11pm so if they get on right at 11, maybe 11:15 at the earliest passing U of W). And returns back SB approx 2 and a half to 3hrs later
It's beyond cool to see a freight train on LRT tracks!!
Still blows me away that's a heavy rail train can share lines with a light rail line.
@Train_Chaser this i gotta see one day
Awesome catch of the vintage power!
Superb catch..!

Just wondering, What Time Do They Run Pass The University Of Waterloo? Epic Catch btw. :D

@@NscalefromOntario Interesting. I will try to see it some day. I’m making more trips to Waterloo now a days so that’s why I’m Wondering. :D
What is that freighter doing on railway transit
How does this train turn around at the end of the spur?
