I don't know why you're not making more videos!? Your tutorials are just pure BRILIANCE! I WAS SHOCKED when i saw just 7 videos for 3 years. Your videos are so great that i thought that you made a million of them...
@@zoenoblephoto i often struggle with color - you made excellent videos on color but which is the right skin color? How can I smooth the colors without making it look fake and unlively?
I still use your luminosity masking actions and brush settings....hope you'll keep creating contents this time...and can you explain why to use dodge and burn curve rather than 50% get layer o blank layer blended in soft light....
Hi Zoë. Thanks for sharing this tutorial. I'm curious as to whether you've incorporated this more heavily into your workflow since you posted this. I'll be installing version 21 soon, but I found that at least on my machines, version 20 had good quality but it felt a bit sluggish. Photoshop seemed to be faster, so I didn't rely heavily on this feature in Capture One, even though I'm really glad that it exists and works well. I'd be interested to hear any of your thoughts.
Hi David, Because I photograph beauty I always have to go into Photoshop because nothing will beat the PS brush tool. If I do not have to go into Photoshop then I use the healing tool instead of having to create a PSD and exporting so this saves me time. PS created an incredible brush that will be hard for any other application to beat really! I hope C1 manage it one day so I could do all my retouching in C1 but not there yet :) hope this helps!
I only use Photoshop for really intensive retouching like hair work and compositing. Removing small blemishes in C1 is great but for more intensive skin retouching I'd work in Photoshop.

So maybe it will be possible to finally drop PS.
