Following the transformation of her and her followers, Azshara directed the naga into forging a new empire with its capital known as Nazjatar.

It's spectacular. I keep looking at it. Did you just draw her as is or did you aim to convey something specific?
To me, paired with the music ofc, it's a loaded image. She looks at us with such intensity that one can't but think of how Azshara was the axis around while the world turned in that time.
She used the Well of Eternity to such extremes that it drew the eye of the Burning Legion to Azeroth for the first time, changing it forever. She survived that war, the sundering, the drowning of her empire and still refused to give up. In all her arrogance, her lust for power, there is something there to respect. A sheer force of will to overcome, to be on top. She is the original ruler of Azeroth, against all comers. And there is power in that. When she returned to reclaim it, for a moment, it didn't seem so unreasonable. She is the Queen that was, the Queen that is, and the Queen who would be again.
They did her dirty in WoW ofc since the writers are terrible, but your art conjures up what she was, not what she became. And it's a mighty piece indeed.
