Keep playing and select different soldier classes in the menu if you want to start using machine guns and pistols. It looks like you are on you're way to getting grenades and maybe the rifle grenade launcher attachment too.
if you don’t like period shooters or games like hell let loose you won’t enjoy this game as much. “it’s slower than battlefield” 🤓 like no shit it’s not supposed to be battlefield the weapon selection and lack of medics are what make this game so different
I really tried liking this game but the weapon selection is so limited, it's just a bunch of different versions of the same 2-3 bolt-action rifles. Long, short, musketoon, calavry, captured, carbine, whatever. It's so unbelievably boring. WW1 is a great theater, they could've made it interesting, they just didn't.
@@vVirgil I feel like a lot more people are positive about its predecessors too, Verdun and Tannenberg. I've looked up polls of which of the three people liked most and Isonzo seems by far the worst rated, people are divided which of the others they prefer but Isonzo doesn't seem very popular even among fans of the series. If you like Isonzo, and you haven't yet, why not check out those too?

Been playing this recently too, made me feel good just seeing someone else enjoying it as well

I could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure this is just the eastern front version of Verdun. Or maybe the African campaign, I’m not sure.
